Called to make exchange for the right color. Got sent the wrong color again

Products are always quality and if I’ve had issues with an order they handled it within 24hr

I have been a loyal customer of Bombshell Sportswear, purchasing several pairs of their leggings despite the high price point and costly shipping to Australia. Given the premium pricing, I expected quality and durability.

I recently purchased my second pair of Victory Leggings, only to have the gold V at the back snap in half after just a handful of wears—less than 30 days of use. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they "do not cover damages that occur after use."

How is it acceptable to charge nearly $200 for a pair of leggings and then refuse to stand behind the product when it fails so quickly? This response shows a complete lack of accountability and disregard for loyal customers. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

BOMBSHELL doesn't post negative reviews.. or anything negative for that matter. I have submitted 3 star reviews and semi-negative comments but they aren't posted on the site.. Only the 4 or 5 start reviews that say overly positive stuff. I have over 50 Bombshell items (probably more actually). Yes, they look great but the quality on some of their stuff SUCKS and if you're past the 30 day mark, they say too bad. They do not stand behind their product over time like competing companies like LULU. I have had multiple issues with stitching coming loose on seams, tiny holes along top seams, especially some of their seamless fabrics. And speaking of seamless - these fabrics frequently get pilly and look like CRAP. I have even had one V back pair where the metal V hardware holding them together in the back broke completely on a new pair making them garbage but they weren't willing to do anything. I will still buy their stuff since I love the look and lulu can be a bit boring but just wanted to WARN others that you aren't reading ALL the reviews (a very select few) and the quality isn't the best at times.. contrary to what their millions of filtered 5 start reviews say. Plus, apparently, they photoshop all their photos even though all their models are already an 11 out of 10..

I love the quality & the designs! They always deliver!

Bombshell have investigated my case and insist my package was delivered. IT WAS NOT and further more signed for by someone else via the carrier DHL. I still have no package two weeks later and no resolution.

That is not my signature and nobody of that name lives at 14b. This is ridiculous. I do not have my parcel and it was not delivered and signed for!
Please contract me again with further proof of delivery. I am absolutely furious at this situation and the fact the carrier has clearly delivered to another address

Product exactly as pictured, fit comfortably and arrived in good time. It's a bit pricey but I don't buy bodysuits often and it's perfect for outdoor fitness adventures

I buy lots of gym clothing from various shops and although yours are super cute, they aren't any better than the other shops but way more expensive. You all need to get off your high horse and reduce pricing a bit. I recently purchased a complete set, pants, sports bra and jacket and am not impressed with the quality. Pants were $100 with shipping. I got a lot of compliments but I did tell every person, not worth the price. So I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Ordered 2.5 weeks ago Leggings and a top for $110 bucks, just for a second.
Paid $6 for "fast delivery 5 days".
It arrived on the 11th day.
*** size turned out to be Chinese *** size, since my European size is ***. And this crap barely fits.
And besides, you can't try it on and return it, you can only return it. And the return is $5. Also, go take it to the post office on your feet.

Am I ordering clothes for over $100 to make a return for another $5 extra? Did I not spend enough on Chinese tailoring, which you don't even see before sending it to me? (I know what I'm talking about)

Oh and did you see their "reviews" on website? What a shamefull scam. One name "real person" can pst up to 3 reviews daily. about different or even the same product. Jeeesus....

A shitty company cheating people out of money, starting with the cost of materials and manufacturing, ordering paid returns for non-compliance with the standard grid of European (global) sizes.

There is only one positive aspect - the fabric.

It is not worth buying.

Customer service is awful, just hope no one has a problem that needs resolving, like buying something then 3 weeks later they tell you they don’t have it in stock and that’s only because I chased

I own so much of your guys clothes and I bought the new pair of pink sweatpants and they were such a disappointment compared to everything else. I have worn them once and wash them twice, and they are already starting to have piling. I wash them inside out, a gentle cycle with two other items and I can’t believe how cheap they are this time.

The clothes are always impressive and the material! I love this brand and it’s the only brand I’ve shop for sports clothes
