This is not a customer friendly company and they do not pay attention to details. I order one time never received the product. Tried to resolve and they put me on a flag. Ordered again and thought the issue was resolved after Bombshell stated it was resolved. Mind you they never replaced or refunded my lost order. Then ordered yet again, and they requested that I provide credit statement to prove my purchase after they have stole from me! Go figure.

Do not do business with this company. Over priced and under served. You have been warned.

This is not a customer-focused company. I ordered 6 items, and when the damaged package arrived only 2 items were inside. Bombshell’s customer service “filed a report with USPS” with results in 2-3 business days, but didn’t offer to send me replacements in the meantime. I like the items I’ve received so far, but this is a red flag for me. Refusing to fix the problem right away signals they only cared about the initial sale. I’ll probably wait for the rest of my order and not order again.

My top from my Set seamless Bandeaux top was damaged after 2 Times wearing and the Support Center Said they cant do anything because it’s more Than 30 days ago
This should not happen for this price. I baught all brands world wide never happened to me

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERAL TRASH. Throw it out. Get a new trainer for customer service and revamp the whole system.

I’ve worked customer service for 12 years and never have experienced THIS bad of customer service! They’re up to par with Att BARF.

I literally will keep things I hate just to not deal with their service so so so so so bad. Been shopping with bombshell since 2017 and it started to get bad as of 3 years ago.

Size-chart is pre-historic!

Leggings: height & weight to calculate size. No wonder so many are on sale on ‘pre loved’ sites- it’s because no one knows what size to get!!

Sizing: absolutely nothing mentions waist. It’s almost like we don’t have one!

Customer service: evidently equally as perplexed as communication is about as clear as mud! They contradict themselves on their size suggestions, are similarly as clueless on products / material / sizeguide etc
Items: not all sizes are the same in all items. Just to add more stress to ordering.
Returns: at your own full cost. Good luck UK & EU!! Postage, import export costs etc… hell!

When you do know your size, fabulous! The items are wonderful. Getting there however is beyond a migraine experience.

Love love love the shorts , leggings and sports bras. So well made…squat proof, such great colors and flattering too. My new favorite brand.

I’ve been a Bombshell customer since 2017 and it’s their quality and unique styles that keep me coming back. However - I have to give a special thanks to the customer service as I had a one off situation recently where the elastic in my leggings snapped. I had just gotten them so it was disappointing. I’ve never needed customer service before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I explained what happened and sent photos of the damage and they actually sent me a brand new pair! I was definitely pleasantly surprised as great customer service seems like a commodity these days. Thank you Belle and the Bombshell team! I’m a customer for life!

Considering the amount of money l spend with bombshell thought was stupid as technically can refund product as tags will be on faulty product.. but love bombshell as have been buying for over 5 yrs

Best quality and design, fast customer service

I will start off and say the quality of the clothing is phenomenal for the most part and it lasts for many washes except maybe some of the metal pieces. The fit is typically flattering. However sizing is not uniform sometimes among the same exact item. I bought a size M in the black V waist shorts twice and they fit differently. The shipping is the worst. These clothes are expensive for workout items and they charge more than enough money to work out better logistics on shipping. The excuse is always high volume and shipping delays. At this point it should just be a planned better because the same excuse constantly just shows a lack of foresight. It can take well over the 3 days processing they have listed on the website and that’s added to the actual shipping time. I have ordered from the company quite a bit over the past 1.5 years and the shipping and processing times are some of the worst I’ve seen. I think some brainstorming on shipping logistics and budgeting for that would benefit the company.
