Great products, love the black and rose gold finish, interesting toys that are very effective and deliver, great customer service, arrived safely expected, I had 3 orders so far and it's really worth it - they have some bargains on sale as well! Can only recommend.

Parcel didnt arrive
Parcel didnt arrive.
Rang bondara they said i didnt put house number on it, but its a house name..
(Which i put in.)
Rang them again they said i didnt put the right post code in.. (which i did)
Then they said the parcel is going back to them.. but ive got to cover the 24 hour postage.. and if i still want to order it,ive got to go back online.
And still havent recieved a refund!!

I ordered on the basis of all the pop ups on the website saying .. order within X hoyrs get by tomorrow ..
Took a week to mark as despatched, then another 24 hours to upload as dropped off with the couriers.
I reached out via email, didn't get a response for almost 3 days, shame really as the products were good quality when they did arrive
