I ordered on the basis of all the pop ups on the website saying .. order within X hoyrs get by tomorrow ..
Took a week to mark as despatched, then another 24 hours to upload as dropped off with the couriers.
I reached out via email, didn't get a response for almost 3 days, shame really as the products were good quality when they did arrive

Delivery took six days despite paying for next day delivery.

Disappointing effort by the carrier to find our address but rectified immeadiatly we identified the problem.

Excellent product at a good price for plenty of pleasure, a real good service too.

I ordered the items for my brother-in-laws 50th which is in September and the items arrived really fast, but I can't tell you if they are working or any good as they are sealed, but the price, posting and delivery was brilliant.

My item broke however customer service resolved in a matter of days!

Slight order mix up, corrected very quickly and efficiently, once e-mails were exchanged. Great products 👌 putting smiles on faces. I had ordered out of hours, the cost of the order triggered a security issue for the automated bank transaction thingy, which resulted in a minor delay, resulting in delivery after the weekend.

Bondara products are very good quality and reasonably priced .
The only issue I have is with the delivery with Evri supposed to be next day delivery but took 3 days to arrive but this has not put me off buying from Bondara in the future .

Items arrived quickly are of great quality and good value, the items were well packaged in discreet packaging too.

Updated: their return policy is to charge the customer for returned items if they aren't defective. This makes returning incorrectly sized clothing even more of a pain. Dropping a star

I have a mixed feeling of bondara. Their delivery service was great, quick and efficient. Their non clothes item were also great. The challenge is getting the right size in garments. There is no sizing chart handily available and the individual clothes sent aren't the ones ordered. Still waiting for any news on refunds as I expect they will gouge me for their mistake.

Tldr ;
Stay away from clothes.

Product was better than expected :)
Discreet packaging good,but tape looked half on half off the box flaps maybe done in a rush?
delivery was great and on time.
Definitely use service again.
Just make sure boxes are sealed consistently all the way around please :)

A great selection of monster and girthy toys.

I was easily able to find what I was looking for. This time it was Slip n Slide lube, very slippery, clear and pleasant smell. The only downside is the pump supplied on the bottle did not work so I transferred one from an empty hand gel bottle which had the same thread.

I always have a good experience with bondara They ship very promptly it arrives in a few days
