DO NOT purchase anything from this company. The quality of the material is not what is advertised. I paid $70 for a dress that looked amazing on the website however when I finally received it (which took 6 weeks to arrive) the material is cheap rubbish. This company is a sham and they should be ashamed of themselves!

I would give no stars if I could. Absolute junk garment nothing like the website. No customer service as they refuse to accept returns unless you ship back to CHINA. Should have known better. Stupid me. Don’t buy anything from this junk company.

The dresses arrived and were not as stated. They are 100% polyester when they were supposed to be cotton polyester. The shape of one of them is totally wrong and nothing like the picture. The parcel took 3 weeks to arrive and was coming via Manilla - this was when I realized that it was not an Australian company at all. Zero stars. I have emailed the company and hope to get a refund, but I'm not holding my breath!

I was another sucker, awful stuff. DO NOT buy from them...trying to get my money back but somehow think I won't....

One star is too many for this company, definitely a zero. I should have read reviews first. The dress I ordered I wouldn’t even use as a duster. Badly made from disgusting material trimmed with the coarsest lace. Design didn’t even come close to what was described and nowhere near the size guide. Customer service is all flowery and asking exorbitant money for return. Why can’t these people be prosecuted?

Like most posters here, I have received a substandard item of clothing. It was a dress that was a very poor fit and 100% polyester rather than the cotton/viscose advertised. After many emails asking for a refund, which is advertised as 'hassle free', it is anything but. I have been offered various small amounts as a gesture of good will, but have finally been informed that I need to send the dress back to Asia at a cost of $80-100, which is more than the dress cost in the first place. I have reported this company to my credit card issuer and also to fair trading. I really wish I had read the reviews before buying! I would give this company negative stars if it were possible.

Do not use this company! I needed to return my item as it doesn’t come close to fitting. They wanted to charge me $100 Aud in postage!
They say they are an Australian company but all the stock comes from Asia. They also will not give you their so called Australian address

Scares poor quality dresses and don’t let you know how to return goods

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE - pretends to be Australian and operating in Australia but it is not. Cheap, Chinese, poorly made, cheap fabrics and does not in any way resemble the photos on the website. Doing a return is virtually impossible - don't believe what is on the website. Avoid like the plague! Slow to deliver. Agree with other review - not even op shop worthy.

Oh how I had found and read these reviews before buying off these scammers. Photo’s of their pretty little family and boutique operating out of Bondi must be AI generated. To quote ABOUT US 🇦🇺

I received a garment which is so not what I ordered. Colour and fabric completely wrong. No feedback from Bondi boutique. Shameful. Very upset that they blatantly ripped me of.

These clothes are cheap and not as described, would of probably and l am finding it difficult to get in contact for a refund definitely not worth the price horrible polyester material that l can’t wear because of my sensitive skin, and yes l have definitely been scammed.

I bought 2 dresses, nice flowing dresses advertised.
What I received were two shirt type dresses made in China. Advertised as an Australian company, so trying to get a refund. Absolute rubbish.
I contacted them as soon as I received dresses, no answer at all. Yes it is a scam and I hope people read reviews before buying. Who do I make a complaint through? There must be someone in Australia to help me get my refund.

Definitely should have read the reviews first. Only one dress in 5 was any good. They were all supposed to be the same size but 2 did not fit. Material is horrible. Cheap rubbish. Communication was difficult. Waited for 16 days before first order arrived. So disappointed. Still waiting on the 2nd order.
