Company repeatedly lies about whether goods have been shipped. I have no idea when or if I will get my order. I followed a million different links to eventually find some tracking, which says that my order is waiting to be picked up (in China) even though their last email a week ago said "it has definitely been shipped and we are experiencing delays with Australia Post but we will try to expedite". It is still in China so that definitely isn't an Australia Post issue!

This company advertises as a Australian company with a returns policy, what heap of crap. Cheap clothes from China, with no returns and if you push you get a small amount back like the first offer to me was 10% of the purchase price what a con!!!

This company is breaching all consumer protection codes and should be reported to consumer affairs.. on the shop there is no display of refund/return policy nor the person selling at the counter advise customers that there is no refund once purchased. We bought few items that end up costing $500 plus though they have put a $20 dress on display outside which gave us a feeling that other items will be cheap too. Receipt provided does not give any breakdown of items and they have a surcharge too which they don’t advise. Before we even left the shop wanted to return one item as didn’t like it that much but the lady refused .. her manager refused saying we don’t have a refund policy and we are not required to tell or advertise unless customer specifically ask. It’s a shame that such shops are allowed to even run

What a rip off spent 150 dollars the item I got where real bad .would of been better going to a 1dollar shop and got better qaulity .shocking discusting shit .never buying of fb sites ever again .carnt even refund

Do not buy from this company, the dress I received was cheap nasty material and looked like a housecoat from the 1950’s. You think you are buying from an Australian company but it is cheap Chinese rubbish.

Absolute rubbish shirts. These are some of the cheapest, nastiest chinese made shirts I've ever seen. I actually laughed when I saw them. They are NOTHING like the advertisements.

The Bondi Boutique Australia -
This is a shop front for a shop in China. Not in Australia at all. Any returns have to go back to China at your expense. Cost me $60 Australian. When parcel reaches it destination, Bondi Boutique Australia DO NOT pay import duty on your parcel, so the parcel is returned back to sender by customs.
This allows Bondi Boutique Australia not to honour their 100% full money back guarantee. So you never get your refund! as the parcel never gets to their warehouse. A very dishonest and deceitful company.

Dreadful quality, if I could give them 0 stars I would, zero satisfaction regarding returns I’ve been waiting 3 months so far for a 30 day money back guarantee refund only to be told they haven’t received the returned garment. This company is a scam, totally disgraceful. I had no idea when I purchased the item it was from china. Do not buy anything from this company.

I tate this scam business as minus many zeros. I soooo wish l had searched and read these reviews before my purchase. Product wasn’t linen no brand label or care instructions not even the size l requested (too big). Dress l ordered off had short sleeves the dress l received has 3/4 sleeves.
Yes from my discovery the returns has to go to china at my expense (l have returned stuff to temu with no problems), l have been offered a 50% refund after threatening to go to the ACCC with out returning goods. How ever l am concerned how this refund will be given, l don’t trust to hand over my bank details.
So l am thinking of cutting my losses and asking a friend if she will do some magic on the dress l received.
Which is just what Bondi Mode Australia are hoping l do! Please do not buy from this so called Australian company, everything about them is a lie.

DO NOT buy anything from this fraudulent company. They make it look & sound like they are in Australia, far from it. They're in China & the products are poor quality & wrongly sized. They sent me 2 new shirts after I paid the postage & to keep the original order but NONE of them fitted. I filled in their bogus return form as instructed, and paid for the postage back to them incl Customs declaration. After weeks of no news & the tracking saying the items were cleared customs in China, they told me customs stopped delivery & returned it. Customer service is appalling & business practices are poor. We agreed on a 70% refund but I only received 40%, lucky to get that I suppose, & now they say I never paid for the shirts & the package was returned, but I haven't received it. I would call it a SCAM & they're liars & very deceitful.

Strongly discourage anyone thinking of purchasing from here. Cheap material clothing, poor description, night mare return process and one they expect you to pay for.

Wish I came here first! Terrible experience; don’t waste your money unless you don’t mind your order (hopefully) arriving some day, and very poor customer service. Sadly fell to the flashy ad con; never again!

I wanted the product but the promised discount code never arrived. I tried contacting them - email address does not exist. They sent me a 5% discount code when they promised 10%. Glad I read these reviews. Saved my money.
