There are hundreds of negative reviews in the Ukrainian internet, all of them about refund. Bonprix does not return money to hundreds, maybe more Ukrainian clients.
Both German and Ukrainian offices have made me beg for my own money during 2022 humiliating me as a person and as a client every time by sending those "sorry, still looking for the solution” e-mails. Here at trustpilot I’ve found the same snide report from Bonprix translated word-in-word into English to demonstrate their “care for the client”. You can see it as a reply to most of the reviews below.
I am glad that this bitter discussion has been already spread over english-speaking communities. I’m not sure I’ll be able to return my money, but I hope less people will be deceived by this looting company. (to loot - steal goods or money from (a persong/a place), typically during a war or riot). Who believes a company isn’t able to find the way to give refund during half a year? Who would want to be a client of such a disrespectful dealer?

Worst store ever....fraud system of payment. Not posible to pay online, not working with cards, not working with Klarna or other houses....quality of goods is disasteruous.

This is a very low quality online service. I bought some products of a very poor quality which I have returned. For the moment, after 2 months, I am still strugling to get my money back …

I love my new chair. It is even more beautiful than in your photos. The flowers on the black background are bold and colorful. The fabric is soft and the chair is well constructed. It was very easy to put together. Every time I look at it makes me smile.

I ordered some items on Black Friday, the items were not sent and I was then advised two weeks later that the items were out of stock but would be sent to me on 24.12.21. I waited again, but the items were still not sent, then one of them came back in stock but I was advised it was still out of stock even though I checked their website and it was clearly in stock. I think this company have serious issues with customer service and honouring money off codes/discounts as I believe if I’d bought these at full price they probably would have been sent straight away just like I had received with previous orders. Very disappointed, my complaint has been ignored and overall terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible!!!

I ordered a dress through this site. It arrived quickly but was of a very poor quality. The dress was oversized, but the zipper did not even work to zip it up.

I completed the return form, requested the return online, and shipped it back through the logistics carrier at the shop bonprix suggested. However, 14 days later I was still not refunded.

I have now had three conversations with customer service and have still not been refunded, although they keep assuring me that I will be refunded 'tomorrow', every single time! I would never suggest ordering anything through this website.

I received a package in November. Kept some of the content, printed a return-slip from their web page and returned the package to the shipping company.

Now four weeks later I've received a claim for the items that are not paid for and I tried without success to get in touch with Bonprix. They don't answer e-mails or the contakt form on their homepage.

Not long after the shipping company called and said they still had the package and didn't know what to do with it. There was something wrong with the return label. I have now tried for 24 hours to call, write and in other ways to get in touch. They don't even answer their phone in their short opening hours. The phone number on the home page is wrong, at least in my county, and the one google provided had long opening hours listet. This is not correct according to their answering machine, the hours are much shorter, and even shorter still when they are not even answering in the middle of the day when they should be open.

I am most seriously displeased and will never shop with them again unless they get in touch with med immediately!

Ordered a Christmas present & have continuously been told it's coming but delayed. Everytime I called I was told its being dispatched tomorrow, but all the tomorrows came & went. Now ice been sent an email telling me its out of stock even though they had plenty of stock when I ordered. Absolute waste of time dealing with these luckily I knew this would happen so I ordered an alternative from Costco.

Nice Shop for Poor and rich people,just that, they have to work on their sizes.

My order was late and I was going on vacation so I called customer service but the woman who answered was completely rude!!! She was sarcastic and impolite!!! I will never order anything from this app again.

I'm glad I got some jeans trousers that fit me well now . I like it . I would recommend over and over 😉

I tried to login using my Facebook account and it was then immediately shut down because of fake website!!!!!!!!
I am still trying to reactivate my account!!!! Luckily I didn't order anything!!!

I ordered a 32" TV and 4 weeks later I received an orange colored cloth. The phone number on their site is answered by Comcast Cable and their posted address is a residential home in Alabama.
Fortunately for me I paid with PayPal and I got a full refund.

I ordered a sandbox, a gift, for $75.00 for my grandson.
I received a shower cap from Bonqrix for the $75.00 I paid…
I emailed them several times and never received an email back or a refund…
DO NOT ORDER FROM BONQRIX-THEY ARE A SCAM….

If You’re reading these reviews it’s because you got scammed as I did. If you’re about to order I suggest keep reading and any person with common sense will not purchase anything with this company.

The quality of the clothes is very good, especially the Bio Cotton items. The items are reasonably priced and comfortable to wear.
