Excellent protective packaging
After 3 days in transit (to the Netherlands) I just received a heavy large size bonsai pot - I would like to make compliments for the excellent packaging. Although DPD reported packaging damage at the Melle transit hub (which worried me for 2 days) the pot still arrived in one piece thanks to the perfect double packaging!

Perfect.
I ordered 2 bonsais in 2 weeks. Both were sent the next day and arrived within 3 days (from Germany to France). They are both perfect, were well protected during their travel and are just as the photo show.
I'll definitely order here again, thanks for this perfect work :)

azalea bonsai to Italy
Bought from them an azalea, ever-green outside flower plant, risking for its survival considering the trip from Germany to Italy, the small pot so the little water capacity to last the whole journey.
The plant arrived all-right, it was well packed and around the pot, there was a good plastic film package so it managed to arrive safe and sound. Let's hope it will last a long time now at my home...!!!
