1.This was the cheapest Meet and Greet when I booked.
2. I was delighted I could add a valet service while away at v reasonable cost.
3. Customer service was outstanding. The airline cancelled our flights: I expected to lose my money or struggle to get it returned. On a Sunday morning the phone answered after just two rings. A lovely man immediately offered a full refund: “these things happen”, he said. He took my name and flight date and promised to find my booking and arrange it the moment the office was open. He was as good as his word.
I was delighted by this experience. I’ll use Bon Voyage in future even if it isn’t the cheapest next time because this was so impressive. Thankyou!

Best meet and greet I've used. On time for departing and arriving and communications were excellent. Will definitely use again.

The worse experience I ever had , please do not use this company , I went on holiday, I paid for the service! my car was collected from Heathrow airport, driver checked my car before I left , my car was in an excellent condition, on my return my car had a massive scratch around the tyre and it was really dirty, when the driver returned my car he just wanted to walk away, he even denied being the driver who initially collected my car, I put a complaint with the “manager” it was just a waste of time , company didn’t take any responsibility for the damage , so if you love your car, avoid using this company !!

Great company and will use again. We were severely delayed getting to the airport but Bon Voyage were really accommodating and patient. Excellent communication for drop off and pick up. Highly recommended.

What a great parking company, they could not have been more helpful with clear instructions on where to meet and fast drop off and pick up we will use this company time and time again. They have great rates and fantastic customer service very highly recommended.

Excellent service!!....clear instructions on how to get there..Greeted by a friendly guy who helped us..gave him the key and off we went for 2 weeks!! Just got off the plane and Bon Voyage were on the phone giving us directions to collect our car..collected our cases then followed instructions and was met by the same friendly, polite, helpful guy..who was at the meeting place with our car..we took our keys and off home we went! Would definitely use Bon Voyage again as they proved to be helpful, friendly and most important they were punctual..and the price was unbelievable..£64 for 2 weeks, through Living Social voucher..Thankkyou Bon Voyage!!

I was so impressed by the service offered by this company. I am a frequent traveller and often use this type of parking service. I have never experienced such superb service from any other company. I received a courtesy call the night before travel and again the following morning to confirm. I was early which was not a problem. Staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. Will definitely re book in the future.

Dropped off perfectly with no problems.
Tried to call on arrival, a few minutes late. but straight to answerphone and when I did get through they had left the airport, however they were back within 10 minutes and met in departures rather than arrivals as expected.

Timely arrival for departure and waiting for us on return. Could not have been better served.

The booking process was smooth and I received a confirmation call on the day. Drop-off and pick-up at Heathrow T4 was easy and quick. They were flexible when our return flight was delayed by a day.
I will definitely use them again and happily recommend them. Great service overall!

On time, extremely courteous and very professional. Highly recommend and the only parking calet company I would use.

Booked via a groupon voucher. Rang when I thought I was 30 mins from Heathrow as per their request but arrived in 15 mins. The driver turned up two mins later. Very helpful and polite. Upon return they rang while I was at the luggage carousel and by the time we got to the car park the car and driver were there. Helped load the luggage then paid the car park fee. Most helpful and efficient company. Can't recommend enough.
