I own the Dr.Feelgood suit in brown as well as the Norwegian wood afghan coat. Both these pieces fit really well however the Woodstock pants I ordered ran a bit on the smaller side so I will be sizing up in my next order. 10/10 prints I literally want them all so 1970s!

Lovely smelling candles and beautiful art prints, my daughter has been asking for these for a while and safe to say she’s very happy. Prints very high quality and brightly coloured love all the artwork!

cannot tell you how cheap the material is - have emailed for refund and appreciate a 10% re stocking fee (would accept that as lesson learned) really brassed off as they were xmas presents for my daughter. i have never felt so ripped off

Sizing is wrong - ordered small in jeans and jacket - my daughter is size 8. both items too small

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM -

if i do not get a reply or response from them, trust me i will be disputing the transaction with AMEX and i will be all over their social media making noises about this rubbish

Been following this company on Instagram for years, had some birthday money to treat myself to some flares, measured my waist (28 inches) as instructed on their website and brought a size medium

could see the second I took the trousers out of the delivery packaging how cheap they were, the colour was also really faded, looked like they had been sat out in the sun for years, the material felt like paper, when trying on the trousers they didn’t even pass my thighs, checked the label (made in China) their garments sizing is not the same sizing they put on the website.

They do not put a good’s return receipt in with the delivery and there is no returns address on their website, you have to email them , after many ignored emails I finally got a reply after I left many messages on their social media accounts calling them out on their fake product advertising and their ignorant behaviour.

Finally got a returns address, sent them back special delivery as I didn’t trust them and waited ages for a refund, yet again again had to call them out on their social media and they still kept 20%

Do not trust this company, they are a massive con, their items are cheap and nasty but charge an absolute fortune for!!!

Trust the bad reviews on here, I wish I saw them before sending my money over to them, they have put me off ever trusting these Instagram websites

Bought a pair of pants from this company, was really excited to splurge on a cute treat for my self as they are really very expensive for one pair of pants. Not only did they fit really weird, the zipper was so cheap it immediately broke and the pants were COVERED in black ink stains. When I reached out to see what options were they ignored me for MONTHS making it impossible to get a return in time for their policy and then when they finally agreed to a partial refund I never even received that. This company is a cheap waste of money charging people hundreds of dollars for crappy pants that will immediately fall apart and then they refuse to make it correct. Don't recommend.

I’ve been a regular for a while now as their small runs of clothes are very individual. The tees have the most beautiful artwork. I’m always excited for the next drop

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After following this brand on social media for over two years and loving their designs, I finally decided to cave in and purchase some pants. Upon arrival, I realised how poorly and cheaply made they were - nothing like how they appear online and in photos. On top of this, one of the belt loops hadn't even been sewn in, and so I contacted them via email, to which I got absolutely nothing in response. This brand is a scam, selling cheaply made clothing at ridiculously expensive prices. Don't fall for it, don't buy into the social media posts made by various small influencers; they are gifted with their products and so feel compelled to do so! Being a small business is not an excuse for being an awful business with terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I have to ask how this company keeps going?

I wished to order an item listed on their website, but had one question before making the purchase. They could not even be bothered to reply to my enquiry.

So, you have to ask yourself: If a company cannot be bothered to answer a query to a prospective customer, then you have no chance of any customer service afterwards.

Scammers- don’t allow returns when they say they do leaving you with overpriced cheap tat you can’t return.

I got the chocolate lava micro mini dress plus the Polly Pant & cardigan in chocolate. Love them both ❤️❤️ Always get complimented when I’m out in them. The dress is very short and makes my legs look so long !

Ordered 3 things and liked them all only downside was shipping took 3 weeks the US, would buy again but not if i needed it quickly

If I could give no stars I would. This shop has high priced clothing made with extremely cheap materials that are
poorly made which you don’t realise until they arrive. So I have emailed their customer service multiple times and have also messaged their Instagram with zero reply. I have come to see that this is how they operate their business by ignoring all requests for return, just take a look at their Instagram comments. It is frankly disgusting as they willingly take such a high price for what is in reality cheap poorly made clothing that is fuelled by clever marketing on Instagram. Absolutely shocking. I want my money back.

Love the clothing but I ordered a top that was too big, have tried MANY times now to contact them to return my item as there is no return slip that came with the clothing or a return form anywhere online. I contacted several platforms but no response on any. Dissapointing.

Ordered 2 posters, they rammed them both in a tube fit for one and crumpled one.

They cost £15 each so I chased it up for replacement.

Completely ignored me.

I tried again via etsy. Ignored. And again.

So rude. My next step is to claw the money back from my bank. Shoddy company and rude as hell.
