I placed an order on their site on april 9th and received no confirmation email, no order dispatched email, no delivery details. Tried reaching out to customer service only got the AI bot telling me my order should be delivered by april 17th maximum, then they said 19th maximum, then they said oops might be lost. I paid 650 dollars for this and they dont even have the decency to give a human response as to why the order is missing and why they havent sent a single update. The issue isnt so much boohoo themselves its that the shipping services they use are literally the cheapest scammiest shipping sites so you end up with these situations as a result of their desire to cut costs this drastically. Fair enough but at least give me the option to pay for delivery with a trusted service as opposed to meowmeow delivery uniuni delivery

I have been trying to return goods for 2 weeks now. Couldn't use their return portal so sent email. After a week customer services sent me a QR code but omitted to inform which courier to use. I tried Evri but couldn't print Return Label. I am now trying to ascertain which courier. I have tried Boohooman WhatsApp which sent my response to customer services. I also sent another email so I guess another wait of 2 weeks to get reply and then will be told cannot return. Appalling customer service turnaround. If I could give 0 stars I would.

NEVER EVER get the refund via gift card, it’s a con so they can keep your money!! they never send them (im due 3) and after 6 months they finally manually sent them and guess what…… they are expired!! First I get a message Basically saying ohh well too much time has past there is nothing they can do, then after a week of back and forth they tell me they will be reissued and new ones sent!! THAT WAS WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOTHING!!

Take days a time to respond to messages and emails, go around in circles because they do not understand simple terms, and talk to you as if your the stupid one!
paid for premier delivery for it to work the first time I made a purchase then to not work since!. On top they expect you to also pay an insurance fee for your parcel but shouldn’t this be standard with any parcel you order from anywhere.
All in all just don’t bother! Save your time and money!.

I ordered shorts in medium and their sizing was way off they fit like an extra large which is a significant fault and doesn’t represent true sizing and they are making me pay returns and I also won’t get refunded for them £25 spent to only receive £18 back for their own mistake a shocking company with shocking customer service avoid at all costs.

All their clothes are stupidly sized. You tops will be too short/too long. They’re obsessed with the “oversized” look instead of doing standard sizes and letting people size up if they want to. Even their “regular fit” will be a weird shape. Just avoid.

Firstly the customer service is awful the first time I used it they got back within a few minutes every time then the next few times they take over 5 hours plus and currently I’ve been waiting over a day to hear back. Secondly the lack of communication with my orders is awful it took almost double the time for my order to come and if it wasn’t for the delivery company to email me I’d have no clue when it was going to arrive. Thirdly with their return process my package has been delivered for a day and they haven’t confirmed they have received but the delivery company has, if I don’t receive my refund I will be writing another review, also to do with the returns they do not even give you the full money back I spend around £16 and I’m only getting £10 back. Another thing I don’t like about this company is that they don’t allow you to cancel your order within a time limit like I’d understand if they gave you a limit of a few hours to cancel it but they don’t so if you accidentally order the wrong size or item you have to wait ages for it to arrive and then wait over 2 weeks for it to get returned and refunded this company is a joke and i regret not reading reviews before I brought from here. All of there policies are awful and don’t get me started on the quality of the items all you have to do is compare them to better companies like Nike and compare shirt quality, they always have a sale on to make you think you’ve got a good deal just to hide the awful quality and to make you think you’ve got a bargain but you haven’t. Took 4 full working days from Monday April 13. For it just to be dissipated on Friday 17 April. Won’t be ordering again. As this is ridiculously slow sending parcels to Evri. Won’t respond to my messages of my concerns. I tried everything to get in contact with them. But still no response.

Bought an item from Boohooman, 10 days went by and I recieved no update on shipping/tracking. I tried to reach out to customer service, but was met with an AI assistant that offered no help at all. They redirected me to the seel customer service and they told me to wait a month to file a lost package claim. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my money back at this point. Turned a long time buyer into someone who will never buy from this site again.

I haven’t got my order yet but all I wanna say is that the customer service was great I never got helped this fast a really gentle and kind person named Kai helped me out it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to my order thank u.

When trying to use my gift card I was issued rather than given a refund (I’m sure I selected for the funds to go back into my bank but Boohoo are notorious for doing that) it said BoohooMan are experiencing issues with their gift cards and to contact customer service.
A week later and I’m still no further forward.
I get one message per day, always from a different person saying have you tried this, can you do that, asking me questions that I’ve ready provided information for and it’s soooo frustrating!
Yesterday I was told I’d be issued a new gift card so today when I’ve chased them again, they’re asking me for the order number of when I bought the gift card 🤦🏽♀️ yet they already know I was issued this as a refund.
I’ve gone round in circles and I’m no further forward in a week.
I’m determined to get a new gift card eventually just so they don’t have my money!

I don’t know how you think it’s okay to ignore someone for this long, but it’s not. I want my refund processed immediately, no more delays, no more excuses.
If I don’t hear back ASAP, I’ll be forced to escalate this further because this level of service is honestly a joke.
