Is my first review ever and this tells you how disappointing my experience is if i was willing to make an account for this. The actual shopping experience is okay, sometimes things are overpriced sometimes you find reduced items and get a bargain, hit or miss but when it hits it hits.
My 1 star is focussed on their customer service support (or lack of).
My first situation is; I bought a £100 gift card for a friend as a birthday present because they love Boohooman and that was on the 24th of March, their birthday being 29th of March so i scheduled it for that day (Order number MUK130360831).
29th comes around and the birthday person hasn’t received it, my best guess is perhaps i’ve made a typo for the recipients email address although it asked me to type it in twice so ? (can’t really seem to be able to check as i checked out as a guest on website). I contacted them on imessages and spoke to KAI (their Ai robot, useless for complex requests), and told me that their customer service team are busy but they will contact me back soon. So i waited and waited. 3 days later NOTHING. I messaged them on messenger instead to see if perhaps i could get help there, but same thing. Managed to get a single reply a couple of days later an agent said that they will send the gift card to the email i purchased with and will take up to 48 hours. So 48hours went by checked my email, spam, junk… nothing.
I contacted again to say i haven’t received it. Got the message that they’re busy once again. A week later on a friday i received a reply from an agent saying that this has been escalated and to allow them 3 working days to help solve it. 3 working days after (so 5 days for me) no one got back to me.
So at this point is been about 2 weeks of them saying their team is busy and they’ll get back to me and when an agent does reply to you finally is a short message like “can you provide the email address and order number?” so you do, and then hear NOTHING back, they just disappear and if you try to message again to continue the conversation you get KAI and start the process from the start.
My second situation is similar, also a gift card. On the 27th i bought another £100 gift card for my bf (order number MUK130376572). It was scheduled to be sent today (10th April) at 10:28am. He hasn’t received it, we have both checked all folders in his email and NOTHING.
How is it possible, is happened twice now. I understand they’re changing the way they do gift cards soon but if that’s the case they should not allow customers to purchase them until that’s sorted. This is appalling.
While ive tried to be patient and understanding that they are busy, this is far from acceptable. To this day still hasn’t been resolved, with the first gift card they keep saying is being escalated and escalated. Is it being escalated to the moon? I don’t understand, i have email proof for both of them that i purchased the gift cards so is not like im trying to get free money and scam them. Even if the solution was me proving the right email address for the recipient and that be sent to them instead of being sent to me so i can gift it, that would work. But is horrible, I’m anxious, and I’m increasingly getting frustrated and worried i have now lost £200, in this economy IS A LOT.
All i want is to know where are this gift cards and for the recipients to receive them. I am so disappointed Boohooman, you need to do better PLEASE RESOLVE THIS. Never spending any money on them ever again.

Get what you pay for I suppose. Cheap clothes and AI customer services, what could go wrong? 6 days from ordering and no update on the order, I'd accept delays if delivery is free but this is clearly a scam. Will certainly not be ordering from here again. No way of contacting an actual person to find out what's going on, AI chat bot is all they offer and it will just repeat the same rubbish of wait an additional 10 days (yes 10 days) and it may arrive, if it doesn't reach out to them again. What a nonsense. Would love to bump into the execs of these unscrupulous companies.

Please check your customer service email as soon as possible. And please reply to the tracksuit order problem. Unresolved, it will go higher up the relevant refund, and management chains. I'm experienced solving order problems by companies, that need chasing. Thank you
Your customer service team ALWAYS say they reply to order problems, but they rarely do. It's a public mask for poor morals. Once enough people learn what's happening, how can that benefit you? They'll buy less or not at all.

Very bad experience still owe me £60
I returned a bunch of items in 1 parcel, selected from return list. They haven't refunded full amount and I discovered the 2 items they didn't.
They refuse to refund saying one was issued. Paypal case has ended in their favour with incorrect reference as mismatch item so now I'm pursuing bank.

Horrible customer service, stay away
I placed an order and I needed to return one of the items. I chose to get my refund as a gift card credit. The gift card code they emailed me doesn't work and I have tried chatting with their customer service team and they don't reply for days and when they do I have to re-explain the issue. I probably won't be able to use my gift card so they essentially stole money from me. Will not be ordering anything from here again.

Ordered on March 30th for April 3rd delivery. They missed the date, then sent a fake 'Shipped' email. Customer service (Dawson) admitted on Messenger the items hadn't even left the warehouse. Now they provided a static tracking number to PayPal to stall the refund, while their own website still says 'In Progress'. Absolute shambles. Avoid this merchant if you want honest service. Order: MUK130396050.

Fraudulent company. Paid for premier unlimited one year delivery. Three orders in a row now have been charged for delivery. Try and contact customer services and they are just deliberately stupid asking questions about something they have been informed about the previous message and then when you reply it starts on the AI chatbot loop again. Don’t bother paying for premier delivery it’s a scam

Items were delivered fine. A day late even though I bought next day delivery. No help at all with helping with returns as the ai service is unhelpful and just gets confused. One item came faulty. Not great overall.

I ordered trousers from BoohooMAN and the quality was really poor. The material felt cheap and badly made. I got them on sale for around $31, but the original price was over $70-which is honestly ridiculous for this quality. Not worth the money at all.
Also, the item tracking wasn't easy or user-friendly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Boohoo have stolen my money. I placed an order over 2 months ago and it did not arrive due to it being lost somewhere in transit. Boohoo promised a refund almost 2 months ago. The date they promised it by passed and no refund. I chased. Give it 48 hours they said. Still no refund, 2 weeks later I chased again. Sorry another 48 hours they said. 2 weeks later no refund. I chased again 2 weeks ago and now they arent replying to me. I am shocked with Boohoo's behaviour on this matter, still owing me money for an item i never received and failing to rectify this despite several requests to. Boohoo has breached contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I will no longer shop with Boohoo after this horrendous experience and strongly recommend no one else does.

Ordered 5 items, easy app and website to use and purchase was no issue. Contacted as I wanted to exchange a pair of shorts for a smaller size as their apps sizing was large.
Went to return and its marked as "un returnable " so contacted customer service, waited about 4 or 5 days for a reply and was told they understand the confusion especially when the item has a tag on it saying it can be returned but its un returnable. So went back onto the items listing and it states can be returned withing 28 days. Nowhere does it say its un returnable, not in the T&Cs, not on the return section of the listing. I wasnt after a refund just an exchange for a smaller size.
Just for clarity, item is unused, un worn and unwashed with tags.
The email from them was abrupt and stated nowhere why I cant return. Even on their T&Cs it states underwear and swimwear can be returned aslong as the hygiene sticker is there, but a pair of shorts I cant? Even though their sizing was wrong.
I wont be using again and ive used them many times. Utter stupidity.

I was told that I would receive my package within a week but I have been waiting for almost a month and still haven’t received my package although there AI assistant helped give clarity as to what the overall situation was I was disappointed with the service that I have received from this website.
