the show slated for 11/april was cancelled last minute, with no intimation provided to customers. we were amongst the many customers who braved the bombay traffic on a friday evening to make it to the venue only to be told by the security that there was no show. after multiple attempts at 'chatting' with the AI bots on their app, because of course they don't think it wise to invest in a human and responsive customer service process, i am still to recieve any intimation of when i can expect a refund - three weeks later and still wondering with complete silence from the bookmyshow team. appalling!

Worst app for booking of movie tickets. This is second time when my money deducted from account but tickets booking not successful because of error at their end. I personally don't recommend this App. Very dissatisfactory experience

Rubbish. Show was advertised as being in English but was 90% in Hindi. Avoid this booking system

If you had only brought down Kunal Kamra’s content, I would have understood it coz you have to save your business. But to share/ sell public information to government who attended Kunal Kamra’s show is beyond disgusting and not trustworthy.

Very bad experience

Booked ticket for Monday nd upon payment it came up with Sunday ticket, contacted customer support, not at all helpful, forced to cancel ticket at huge cancellation cost.

Worst experience with bookings. Paid 16k for booking of 3 concert tickets for CAS in Gurugram. Despite successful transaction, they declined to send the tickets...repeated requests and complaints fell on deaf ears...they are only concerned with making money and doing unfair trade practices. No refund also initiated...they are losing their customers due to these acts. Don't buy tickets from them

Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the issue with your customer service representative, Miloni, were unsuccessful. Rather than acknowledging and addressing my concern, I was informed that no further assistance could be provided.

As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and hospitality, particularly considering my long-standing loyalty to BookMyShow. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

Paid RM400 for a ticket upgrade with BookMyShow on 3rd Jan, but still no updates after multiple emails! What’s going on? Please respond ASAP—this is unacceptable!

I am very happy using this app. No need go outside counter to take a movie ticket.

I by mistake booked different movie of same slot. I rebooked the movie I wanted to watch. I contacted their customer support that the other movie that got booked by mistake, to be cancelled. But no proper support. Felt cheated. Complaint no: #17185210

Ragava theatre, Chittoor-Staff here are rowdies, there behavior towards customers are so rude, also they will not switch on fans unless, we ask. It seems they want to save electricity and cost. The theater is very ugly from inside, bad smell, dusty, rats, and suffocation. However sound and theatre experience is good. Alone and with friends, you can go. Try restricting going with families and don't go with kids, they will die in suffocation. Bookmyshow is showing fake ratings, and follows no feedback system. Whenever try to submit feedback, showing error.
