Excellent Service. Extremely helpful, good advise, procedure made easier, and patient. Considering how difficult it is to understand the new rules, and how confusing it is, they made the process much quicker and easier to understand. The staff were all kind and helpful, we simply would not have been able to get through this minefield without there assistance.

Quick responsive and efficient
Quick responsive and efficient. Where some other carnet providers will require a number of phone calls and emails and then take 5 days to raise the carnet; boomerant (aka Liverpool Chamber of Commerce) issued the Carnet the same day in response to my filling in and submitting an on-line form, followed by a comfirmatory email.
The Carnet is neatly bound and complete with instructions; I'd give 4.8 stars if I could, only deducting fractions of a star because I'm not clear exactly what I have to complete on each carnet form ... some examples would be good.

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service, helped me all the way through the process. We needed a carnet urgently and they delivered.
My only criticism is I asked numerous times how much it would cost and I only found out once the carnet had been provided. Thankfully it was only 300 plus GBP. Highly recommend
