Im quite frankly losing the will to live with this company! I ordered on the 9th december and no order arrived the next day. Enquired where it was and told the bars were out of stock but other items would be available from the following monday. I asked for a refund on the 13/12/14 and was emailed back on the same day to say they would refund. Its nearly a month on and i still have no goods or a refund.
Previous orders were fine but this experience has put me off ordering from this company again.

I ordered the 5week bundle at the beginning of December with a view to using it as a bit of a detox in the new year. I had tried some of my friends meals before and liked the taste very much. I ordered the 5week bundle as this seemed to give a lot of variety of products and give me plenty of supply for the dreaded post Christmas slim down.
The next day I received a message from the courier to say they didn't have a parcel to deliver. Over the next two weeks I had a series of unanswered emails in which I ultimately asked for my money back.
I then received some unexpected GOOD customer service in which the person apologised, explained what the issue was (some things items were out of stock and only one flavour of snack bar). I explained I wasn't in a rush for the items and the one flavour of snack bar was fine. They said they would replace the out of stock items with equivalent priced items and some additional items as a good will gesture. Frankly I was relieved not to have to deal with this anymore so readily agreed. No next day delivery AGAIN. After chasing it my order was delivered. I did a inventory of the delivery and found they not only was there no good will gesture, there was an £18 deficit in product over what there should have been. No snack bars or ready to drink shakes either. Extremely disappointed. I haven't complained, what's the point. Just want to warn others, be prepared! The real shame is I'm actually really enjoying the food. I used to order Cambridge diet shakes but got bored of the limited flavours and the rtd shakes were disgusting. Despite this,I'm going to go back to Cambridge after my 5weeks is up. Thoroughly unsatisfied but felt I gave enough chances and options for them to redeem themselves which they chose not to take.

This is the third time i have contacted Boossh...so please reply!!!!!!! I am desperate to order for the New Year, as this diet really does work, & the packs are so nice. However my last order was incomplete. My dessert mix was to follow...but it hasn't. My multi pack of bars was 1 short, plus there were only coconut & apricot bars....the caramel was missing...& that is my favourite! Please, please can you rectify your mistakes...i do not have time to keep e mailing you!!!!!

Ok so I read all the recent reviews on here before trying Boossh.
I'm going to be completely honest & not exaggerate which i think sometimes can happen.
I ordered before 3pm & sure enough the order arrived the next day.
What I should have done is checked all the contents on that day - because I would have been able to spot all errors if there were more than what is mentioned below.
I chose one of the take-away meals - I never received it but the dispatch note read "to follow". It still hasn't arrived over two weeks later!
I e-mailed on 11-Nov & asked for a refund - nothing has been refunded as yet.
I opted for the pack of snack bars that offers 3 different flavours - I received two flavours without an explanation - but there was no notice on the website to say only 2 were in stock???
I ordered 5 beef flavour veg curry - none of them arrived & whoever packed my parcel must have chose other options for me...which has left me with too many of the meals I'm not a great fan of.
I pointed all 3 issues out to Boossh and guess what - no apology - not once.
In my book that's just very rude customer service.
This first order has put me off for life - I have asked to return everything I have left - lets see what they say.
To those lucky ones who have received good service - I wish I was in your shoes as Boossh is cheaper than LL but in my opinion - a lot less professional.
Just one apology & a decent explanation as to why I have 3 major errors on my first order would have left me re-assured. But I think their reasons & lack of apology is highly unprofessional & off-putting.

*I would recommend everyone checks their order as soon as it arrives...that's not a dig but genuine advice.*

So I'm using Boossh to Fast a couple of days a week. I want to be able to feel comfortable at Christmas when wearing my party clothes. I work in publishing, and have worked with various diet brands. I can honestly say hands down that Boossh is the nicest range of products I have tried. The food packs actually look and taste like real food - and I say this because others I've tried have tasted quite fake. I even made my husband a curry last night and didn't feel like I was missing out as I had my Thai curry Boossh to look forward to. The hot strawberry cereal is actually amazing! And as I write this I'm eating the Sweet and Sour - which is lovely!! I'm thrilled that I decided to try Boossh. I have a busy lifestyle and always make the usual excuse 'I don't have time to lose weight' well now I do, as Boossh makes it so easy. Looking forward to stepping on the scales in a few weeks :-)

I'm really impressed with the huge variety of flavors available, something for everyone! Have tried a different VLCD a few years ago but gave up quiet quickly due to lack of variety of products, whereas on Boossh I have now been successfully losing weight for 6 months and as of yet have not grown bored of it! The program is easy to follow and the weight-loss is amazing: Have lost about 4 stones so far and the weight is still dropping!
Only (slight) issue: it can sometimes take a longer than ideal time for emails/questions to be replied to...and that seems to happen to some other dieters as well.
UPDATE in response to reply from company: unfortunately if anything my experience with their customer service department has only deteriorated in recent months since I wrote the original review...yes the diet works...but their customer service is amateurish at best and seems to be getting worse. I'll stick with it a bit longer in case things improve...but am about ready to swap companies now. It's a shame as the products are tasty...but I just can not stand pointless excuses

Ordered £134.24 worth of products, my
Mum was already doing this diet and let me try some which nearly made me sick. I then emailed to cancel my order BEFORE it got dispatched. Recieved and email back the next day saying it had been cancelled and full refund requested. Well we are 6 days away from a month ago of this happening and 4 emails and one phone call later and I still haven't received my money back!!! As you can appreciate I'm getting very annoyed at this! Another phone call going in tomorrow. Does anyone know if there is a head office or complaints department please?

I have tried Cambridge and lighter life products as my friend had spare that she didn't use, she originally started on lighter life but was too expensive so she changed to Cambridge. Thinking that was all there was out there I tried her soups shakes and bars, they were just awful and I cou even get through one meal pack. I gave up and put on even more weight. I stumbled across boossh literally by pure luck!! And wow what a difference 6 weeks in 2st gone, the support and reliablility of such a caring team is astounding and I now know I have found "the one" and the weight will soon be gone, and with so many plan choices and amazing products I have found my solution and know I will be in control forever more!! More important is my various health issues are well on their way to disappearing. Thanks team boossh.

I discovered Boossh through Groupon initially but have remained with them even after the offer was over. Having done Cambridge VLCD before I wasn't sure this would be much different but I was wrong.
Firstly the choice - there are so many different packs to choose from, shales, soups, savoury meals and more. The flavours are great, I have not yet had one I didn't like (and I've tried nearly all of them). You can even be creative by baking some of the packs, e.g. the soup into a sort of pizza base and the chocolate chip pudding into a brownie. The possibilities are endless which makes it much easier to stick to. Cambridge flavours were limited and boring in comparison.
Secondly the service - I have had to email the team on a number of occasions for advice or to query and order and I always get a fast friendly response with great advice. When anything has been out of stock it has followed quickly soon after and they are very quick at mailing out your products via a reliable courier service (DPD).
Thirdly the value - the products are one of the best priced VLCDs out there and with the most choice and the best flavours. To do the full blast works out on average £30 a week which is less than most people spend on normal food.
I have lost 43 lbs and counting on this diet and feel healthy and happy.
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to take control of their weight loss.

I have tried [External Reference] previously and although it was very similar to Boossh (I actually had to check that they hadn't just renamed their products) I didn't last long on it.

I lost about a stone in a month but the mealpaks were not as tasty and the plan was nowhere near as flexible in terms of what you can mix and match and at the time there was no option for a small meal for Type 2s - the advice was to have occasional carbs.

I have only been Boosshing since 9th July but it has been so easy to switch to, plus having the small meal means I can still share a meal in the evening with my husband - I'm just having less!

Best bit in terms of support is the facebook group - great to get a response, good advice and support from fellow Boosshers!

Boosh is better than other VLCDs I have tried because you are totally in
control and you make your own choices for your journey - 4 packs a day, 3
packs plus a meal...takeaways even! And the 'packs' aren't just shakes!
They can be chewable food too with pasta/rice in - really tasty and very
versatile.

I love the products, so much to choose from and they do taste great compared with other products.
I started a my first VLCD with another plan, I liked the products and enjoyed the weekly sessions, however, the cost was too much for me so I had to stop, my counsellor suggested Boossh as it was
cheaper and had more variety and the products were good.
I also tried the a cheaper diet for a little while but I hated the products, not much choice, the shakes and soups seemed to all taste the same and were thick and gloopy. I gave up very quickly and tried Boossh.
I was not disappointed and lost 2 stone in 10 weeks, I still like to Boossh and I like the change to include a small meal too, keeping up with the latest scientific research.
The delivery has much improved too with an e-mail notifying a day then a time slot for delivery, great for getting my Boossh delivered to work.

Hi, I have tried both Cambridge and Lighter Life but neither came near to
quality and taste to Boossh. The Cambridge advisor just supplied the
packs with no real help with motivation and Ligther Life was so drastic I
needed to have my Gall Bladder removed due to not having enough 'food' for my Gall Bladder to work correctly.

Three cheers for Boossh!!!

I placed an order last month however when it was delivered part of my order was missing. The delivery notice said it would come within the week but it hasn't arrived. I contacted boossh via an online form but didn't get a reply. I then sent another few emails asking when the rest of my order would come but they went unanswered too. I decided to email again asking for a refund but I still haven't had a reply or a refund.

I've given boossh time to reply and sent various emails in case they hadn't received the first one. They have my money but I don't have the products or an explanation. I've never had such bad service. I'll never buy from there again, I'd prefer to pay extra for reliability and good customer service.

Fantastic! I got referred by a friend so ten percent off first order, plus you earn loyalty points to be used on future orders. So much more choice and variety than other VLCDs I've tried so much easier to stick to and enjoy. Love the whole next day delivery thing, I ended up collecting from a depot but that was only as no-one was home and in hindsight would get things delivered to work. Also loving the closed facebook group for additional support and tips. Cannot fault this plan or company!

Other VLCDs (i.e. Cambridge) offer shakes, and i have found that some flavours are disgusting, and because there is only a small range of products that you stick to one or two - and that gets boring really quickly. With Boossh there is so much choice and flexibility AND its better value, plus its nice to actually eat real food. Losing weight should not be this easy.

Have been ordering Boossh for a while now, quick delivery, their is a good choice of variation for everyone. It's great how I receive loyalty points, as it helps when your spending a lot of money. Highly recommend them to use.

Boossh shakes, mealpacks and snack bars are so far the best that I have ever tried. Very easy to follow and the support is superb. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking forward to loose weight and way of thinking.

I've dabbled in VLCDs in the past and found them really hard to stick to, but then I found Boossh.

The variety of shakes, soups, meals and even desserts (oh my!) is amazing, so there is something for everyone's taste, and the meal packs mean you can actually eat with a knife and fork, rather than drink it from a mug which makes dining with family that little bit easier. Boossh also make a range of skinny takeaways with Thai, Indian and Chinese favourites so you don't feel like you're missing out on your usual Friday night takeaway either.

Boossh is also really good value for money. Not only did I lose 7 pounds in my first week, I saved over 50 pounds on the weekly food shopping and that's not including the takeaway coffees I was drinking daily. In fact now I have way more energy than I did before Boosshing which is amazing. The team at Boossh are also really helpful - my orders have all arrived on time and the team answer their emails really quickly so are pretty much always on hand to give you advice if you need it.

I would 10/10 recommend Boossh to everyone serious about losing weight, be it 1 stone or 10 stone. I'm really enjoying it, don't feel like I've missed out and the weight is dropping off. Plus unlike the other VLCDs there are no counsellors to answer to! So if you want the best tasting, most variety from a VLCD, I'd recommend Boossh all the way!

Boossh products are tasty, easy to use and theres lots of vegetarian choice which is perfect for me! I have always found the customer service team to be fast and efficient plus friendly and helpful. Orders and dispatched very quickly. There is also a wonderful website an official facebook page. There is a separate private facebook page (not everyone wants their whole FB knowing they are on a diet) which is run by its members for its members where we all give each other advice away from the main page. Loving this diet would highly recommend :)
