Having found Boossh through FB I was as always wary of going on yet another diet program. I couldn't have been more wrong. After my initial enquiry to the Boossh Team Members via email, they pointed me towards a Private FB page run my members for members and advised me to ask any questions I had on there. This page is now my lifeline! I made my first order, received in plenty of time with no issues whatsoever. I use the members page everyday and Team Boossh have their own page and email adress if I want to contact them directly too. I cannot say enough good things about them as a company and to all of my new friends on the members page. They are all a great support and we are all enthusiastic about an amazing product that has helped us all so much. Give it a try, you will wish like I did that I had found it sooner!

First impressions were good as the plan is relatively easy to follow and has good reviews everywhere.

However, the food was very limited and you had to alter it a lot and add plenty of extras in order to make it edible. The shakes were nice until the last mouthful; despite being blended with ice, the last mouthful always had a horrible aftertaste. I've since moved to a competitor's shakes and meals and found them a lot tastier and with no aftertaste.

I found pretty quickly that I was dreading the thought of meal times and yet another Boossh food pack. Ordering is overly difficult because the website is coded very poorly and the process is nothing but unintuitive. I have had to repeat the order process several times, even after my first time getting used to it, due to various faults, including lack of descriptions for fields (offer codes need to be typed in in all caps for example, but nowhere does it say this).

I found the Boossh team almost impossible to communicate with (except via social media); despite multiple email addresses and reassurance on their website about having long support hours, I'm yet to have a reply from them about anything. Of course their regular 'Buy now' emails come through regularly. Their email order confirmations are presumably adequate, although in a format my mail client can't read, meaning they're impossible for me to view. There is also no record of my past orders in my account, which is basic functionality.

When communicating with staff (?) via the social media group, it is deliberately unclear who are staff and distributors and who are genuine customers; perhaps this is to make it look more popular. Of the few social comments I ever received, all were cold and unenthusiastic; I politely pointed out that changing the rules of a competition (that I wasn't taking part in) halfway through, after the entries were submitted, was unethical and received rude responses as a result. One of their biggest success stories is featured everywhere on their site, but after talking to her she admitted that she had lost weight by living on half the suggested Boossh diet requirements the whole time she's been doing it (not more than approximately 400 calories per day, and not 100% RDA of essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients).

The allowed non-Boossh food lists are minimal; this is presumably to deter people from going it alone and realising that it's just the same as any low carb high protein low cal diet out there, and they can actually eat real, tasty food instead of meal packs and research ketosis for themselves. I found I was tired, snappy and had less energy even after almost a month. I also had 2 separate bouts of colds/sore throats and flu, despite not being ill at all in the past two and a half years prior to starting Boossh. I have slowly started adding real food to my diet on the instructions of my doctor and the recommendations of more experienced gym-goers and instructors with better knowledge of nutrition and feel a lot more awake with more stabilised moods the less Boossh I have. I will probably continue to order bars and shakes, because I'm limited in choice for high-protein breakfasts and snacks, but I will no longer be continuing the 4 pack or 3 pack plans.

"I think you have made a mistake, we have never had any communication with you, however another customer has sent us copies of a forum you have been on, run by other customers, this is where you were told to shut up by another person. We do have the copies if you like them, but it is certainly not anyone from the company."

You have never had any communication with me because you have never had the courtesy to reply to the emails I sent you.

"Also we are not sure who you are referring to about 400 kcal, but no one we know has ever lost weight using only 400 kcal, this is pretty impossible to do and we can confirm we have no client that has ever only consumer 400 kcal per day. Boossh also dont have any plans that are 400 kcals."

Not what she says. I know you don't have any plans that are 400 kcals, but you're using her as a success story based on your plans, which is a myth.

Guess it's just me that never gets a response then. Never got a response back from your legal team after they made all kinds of demands following my original review here either.

"With regards to the website, it is very easy to see your past orders, you simply log in as a user, go to My Boossh area, into manange my account, and all your orders are there for you. Some very very nearly out of date browsers do have small issues, but you can easily just email us and we can place orders for you."

I have offered proof of this to Trustpilot which they have accepted. Boossh just don't want to hear unless it's something nice, I've provided several opportunities for them to reach out to me and resolve issues, but they were not interested in doing so at any point.

I would also like to add that not only did Boossh report this review multiple times to Trustpilot because they falsely claimed I didn't make an order, but they've locked me out of/deleted my Boossh account, which had £8 of loyalty points in it. They have also ignored my other attempts to politely get in touch with them, including retweeting but not replying to my tweet about unethical service, and blocking me from their official Facebook page for no reason. They have caused me difficulties in various forms for months now, and wasted so much of my time getting this review edited it's laughable.

Be warned - if you have a complaint about their service, no matter how small, be prepared to be threatened with legal action.

This is the 2nd VLCD I've tried. I had become bored with the previous one and was struggling to stay on plan. I saw a deal on Living Social, checked out the Boossh website and having little to lose placed my order. Two weeks and 3 orders later, I'm glad I took the plunge. There is a wide variety of meals, deserts, shakes and snack bars to choose from, hence the 3 orders. The meals etc are designed to ensure you get your RDA of vitamins, minerals etc. So your body doesn't lack essential nutrients.
My husband and I have found the meals to be tasy, enjoyable and most importantly, filling.
There's also a wealth of information on their website along with a great secret support page on Facebook.
Frequent discounts and some fun tasks (with good prizes) an added bonus.
I would definitely recommend Boossh to anyone struggling with trying to lose weight.

I have done other vlcd's in the past but I find Boossh is the best one yet. With so much variety, shakes, soups, meals and puddings, there is something for all tastes. Along with all the extras you can have this makes it much easier to follow and you do not feel you are going without. I have just started my journey and hoping to have great success on this diet as I have seen and read on the fabulous web site. It has everything you need to know and with the 7 day a week customer support by email or online chat you have brilliant support along with the closed group on facebook were like minded people share success, difficulties, tips and support.

There's so much choice with Boossh, meals, shakes, bars & takeaway meals, there's something for all tastes. The variety means there's something for everyone and there's no boredom like you can get with other VLCD's. Great customer service, fast order deliveries and a great support group help everyone be successful with their weight loss journey - just try it, you'll be amazed!

It's nice to feel you can still have a meal with your family that actually requires cutlery and not just a mug, makes the whole experience feel more normal ... and the new takeaway meals are incredible especially the Biryani and Thai curry, it's fantastic to have hot spicy foods on a diet like this.
The variety of extras/tools that Boossh offer is good and the flexible approach from light touch to counselling type support is reassuring, importantly its tailored to the individual as the level of intervention is decided by the customer, not company rules, and flexible so you can choose it if you want it, when and for how long.

Amazing products! I have tried other VCLD diets and Boossh is the only one that has great tasting products , good variety and good value, and their customer service is excellent!
It is very easy to follow, no weighing, counting points, counting calories, everything is prepared for you .. how easy is that... now there is no excuse to not lose weight!

I've been following the 5:2 diet but really struggled to find food that didnt take me over my calorie allowance without having to live on salad!! I saw Boossh on Wowcher and decided to give it a try and I'm so pleased I did. On my fast days I now have porridge or smoothie for breakfast a shake or soup for lunch and then meal pack and pudding for dinner this keeps me within my allowance and I know that I'm getting a good nutritional balance. I was so impressed with my inital order via Wowcher that I placed my second order for enough packs to last me a month. I haven't tried all the different flavours yet but the ones I have have been really good a lot more tasty than I thought they may be, yes the portions are small but thats to be expected on a VLCD.
My delivery was within 2 days and was free due to the amount I spent which I thought was a nice touch and I had emails informing me when I could expect it.
I love the website and the fact that its got a section for people following the 5:2 its got so much information and tips.
I've only got about half a stone to loose so I'm never gonna be one of your big success stories but thank you Boossh for making it a lot easier!!!

I absolutely love Boossh, it has easily got the best range of choice and the flavours by far surpass the competition. I have done Cambridge, Lighter Life and Exante before and I am SO much happier on Boossh - I don't feel like I am missing out. Boossh takes the stress out of losing weight and becoming a healthier, happier you!!

Great product easy to use and takes the hassle out of loosing weight its really user friendly and doesn't break the bank like other vlcd..tastes 10 times better and has plenty of variety unlike other vlcd that have limited flavours or only shakes are available.

I don't see boossh as a diet. For me it gave me a life change. Before I would only eat once a day. And found it hard to loose weight. My weight would go up and down by half a stone one the Winter and summer. I saw boossh on group on and decided to give it ago. Well long story short. I now eat 4 times a day. I always have time to eat even if it's to mix a quick shake before the nursery run. I have skinny pasta every night (which before I would never dream of having pasta or rice as I had really bad ibs, now I don't suffer with it at all) and I have so much energy. I've lost nearly three stone in four months. I've even had to buy a new wedding dress going from a 14-16 to an 8. This isn't a fad diet, boossh meal paks are tasty and filling. It will be hard to put the weight back on as boossh chances you and you learn to eat little and often. Not like other diets were you only drink shakes. All boossh isn't expensive at all. They are always running discount codes and in fact when you work it out it's cheaper than what you would normally spend on food (or take aways)

This is the only way I can manage my weight, they are tasty meals making it really easy to loose weight. Can't wait for new flavours to be added to the long list that is already produced.

After an initial order on groupon which was sadly refunded I decided to give Boossh a go! Looking at the products it all seemed too good to be true, so I ordered a varied mixture and my delivery was with me the very next day, bonus!

The products are amazing! The shakes are yummy, you soon learn which ones you love and the meal paks are stunning! after the initial week it's so easy and because of the variety you're never bored!

I would recommend boossh to anyone, even if you've tried VLCD diets before and failed, give this a go you won't regret it.

This is the second time around I am doing Boossh, the first time i lost 1 stone within 2 weeks, and due to health reasons, I had to abandon the diet, and I wasn't happy about it lol, so I been on the diet now 6 days, and I feel amazing, i have bags of energy, instead of feeling exhausted around 2 pm. I have long days, in which I am up with the birds at 5:30am, and don't usually sit down till at least 7:30pm, the diet is great as it allows you to fit your circumstances around eating, I am on the 3 packs a day plan which allows me 2 snacks also, and a small high protein meal and 3 veg portions. Plus on top of this you have unlimited free items (ie Skinny Pasta,Rice,Noddles) that's just to name a few. The Food, Shakes, Takeaways meals, well everything really is so tasty, you wouldn't believe its a meal pack. The staff at Boossh, well what can i say I never met a team so in tune with there customers, sending an email, and within mins getting a real response, not an automated one. Now that's is Class in my eyes. The closed Facebook page is a must for any Boosshers as it has hundreds of people just like yourself doing the diet, I have never met such lovely people who are on there journey with you, they keep you positive, and it's quite uplifting knowing they are with you every min of the day , as there is always someone there to help you, now that is second to none. This by far is the best VLCD I have ever done, and I have done the usual one's. If your thinking about trying a low calorie diet, take a look at this page, you wont regret it , it will be the best decision you ever make, as it was for me. xXx

I recently started Boossh after coming back from holiday. After looking through the photo's I realised I had rather large breasts (all well and good I hear you say?...I am male!) I had heard about Boossh through a friend and decided I had nothing to lose apart from my weight, and as my friend had done so well I got started!

In the first week I lost 1 stone and I was totally amazed!! - I felt fantastic and I could not believe the results and how quickly I felt the benefits of using Boossh. The amount of choice I had was immense, including soups, shakes, mousse, yoghurts, and even lots of very tasty hot meals so I could always sit down with my family in the evening and I never felt deprived or unsociable!

I now only have about another 7lb to lose after losing 2 1/2 stone and then once I am done I will get started on the Boossh maintenence plan to ensure I keep the weight off!

Thanks very much Boossh, you saved me from buying myself a bra!! ;)

I found Boossh via Groupon 4 months ago and I'm so pleased I did!

There are several negative reviews below referring to the Groupon offer, which in honestly was a bit of a mess, but Boossh did everything they could to resolve it and I can safely say, since then their customer service has been great, unlike Groupon who I have had several similar problems with, one at Mother's Day, one at Christmas, leaving me less than impressed! I now use Wowcher instead, as do Boossh coincidentally!

Anyway, back to Boossh, in the 17 weeks I have been Boosshing I have lost nearly 4 stone, which I know I could not have achieved with a conventional healthy eating plan.
Week 1 was hard, as with any diet, but since then I have found it relatively easy. Although, of course it does take willpower/dedication, but the fantastic results spur you on.

There are so many packs to choose from (meals, smoothies, milk shakes, deserts, breakfasts etc) there's something for everyone, you can even add skinny pasta to your packs, which is a great replacement for pasta/noodles/rice.

The website & Facebook pages are great, full of information, tips, recipes & support from both Team Boossh and other Boosshers, it's a real community (without the embarrassment of being weighed in front of each other lol.) There's also regular discount codes and competitions, which makes it fun and even more affordable.

I would recommend Boossh to anyone who want to make a real change to their weight and health (4 packs contain your full RDA and losing weight makes you feel great) or anyone who wants to lose weight fast for a special event... Give it a go, you won't be disappointed! x

I have recently started using Boossh after being recommended by a friend and I am so impressed! I was worried about doing this with being a man and I thought that it might not be the "cool" thing to do, I also thought I would fail within hours of starting. How surprised I was to find that not only was it really easy to stick to, the products taste lovely as well!! I have lost almost 2 stone now in the last few weeks and the other guys at work are even talking about starting on their own Boossh journey!
I find the support team very helpful too and they are always quick to respond to any queries I may have.
A great company all round, highly recommended by this happy fella!

I have been Boosshing for a few months now and I am amazed at the results!! I have lost over 6 stone and I couldn't be happier!! My confidence and my energy levels are soaring and I feel like a completely different person!!
Boossh are constantly adding new flavours and there is so much to choose from! I have never known a VLCD which gives you so much choice!!
The customer service I have received has always been excellent, my emails get answered very swiftly and the team are always on hand to help with anything I need, they are also there until 11pm at night which fits in so well with my life.
If you are wanting to lose weight and you are wanting a great range of products, a great brand, excellent prices and the friendliest customer service then I would definitely reccommend Boossh!!....I promise you won't look back!

A few months ago I saw this company on Groupon, I had never heard of them, but I placed an order anyway. After delays to the order which boossh blamed Groupon, and to which Groupon blamed Boossh, the order was going to be dispatched, then it wasn't then it was again, it was all very confusing and there was a total lack of communication, eventually Groupon refunded the costs, strangely after I asked them on their facebook page how they could possibly oversubscribe their product via Groupon they deleted my post and blocked me from posting (Don't like anything slightly negative on their page it would seem!)

Stupidly I decided to place another order with them directly, it was great I got my order the next day (then the day after I got my dispatch email even though it had already been delivered), However it was missing items (they wrote on the dispatch note they would be following the next day). That was 3 weeks ago. I have tried to contact them through support (no reply to support tickets after 10 days), Calls to them go on and off hold only to be told there is no one to help with the query.
I should have learned from the first order, but never again.

It's a shame as Boossh is a really great product but unfortunately the poor customer service is enough to put anybody off, and definitely has left a nasty taste in my mouth :P

As an update I have been home all week and there has been NO additional contact from Boossh or any delivery of my missing items (despite them stating they would contact me to resolve) as below. Have given now up and have contacted my credit card issuer who will be disputing on my behalf.
