Fantastic Service & Warm Vibes
I was extremely pleased with Booth & Booth’s owner, Joan’s excellent customer service!
The lovely chains arrived safely and were sent so efficiently.
The presentation boxes and inner acid free tissues are a very nice touch.
Before the purchase Joan kindly talked me through the chain’s sizes so that I knew if they would fit through the bales of the pendants I had.
The Torcion chains are really beautiful.
I have seen and felt the classic rope chains many times, but this is the first time experiencing a Torcion.
I appreciate their attention to detail and warm personal customer service.
I can tell very well that they really care and enjoy your running their business.
I look forward to making another purchase again soon.

Nice smooth transaction, super fast delivery and great service!!
My chain for something I wear around my neck broke and so I went online to find a replacement. I found this company, but couldn't find any external customer reviews of their service.
Anyhoo, I took the risk and I'm really pleased I did. I ordered a new chain on the Sunday, and on Monday morning received a lovely email with a nice 'personal touch' to inform me that my item was being posted.
My new chain arrived on the Tuesday which needless to say I'm really happy with, but it's the service that blew me away - outstanding!!
If you're looking for jewellery on the net, and you wish to deal with 'real people' and not some huge, faceless organisation then please, give these guys a try because they're awesome.
