Order 829851935. Extremely disappointed with Boots customer service.
I received a damaged moisturiser in my home delivery order - the product had split open and cream was everywhere inside the box. I provided photos showing the condition it arrived in and contacted the customer services email address immediately.
After being ignored by email and not even acknowledged, I then had to chase this up by phone multiple times, only to repeatedly be told to “wait longer” because the phone team “can’t deal with it.” This has been handled terribly from start to finish.
I do not live near a local Boots and I do not agree that it is fair to expect me to inconvenience myself by transporting and handling a leaking, messy parcel covered in product just to return something that arrived damaged through no fault of my own. This was a home delivery order, so I will absolutely not be doing an in-store return.
At this stage, I expect a full refund without any further inconvenience or delay.

Used £10 Tuesday to purchase No 7 Restore and Renew night cream. Great value and as i find face cream expensive if they don't suit me was worth the gamble. The product seems to suit me.
