I ordered quite late in the night and I did ask for next day delivery but wondered if it might not get here because of the time I had ordered. It arrived the very next morning. Well worth the little extra postage paid

The website glitches a lot and there is very slow delivery once a while package of mine got lost, but they did refund me but it took a while to sort the problem out
The delivery is extremely slow compared to other places, I don't think you should have to pay that much for slow delivery

The no7 rose highlighter was received badly damaged due to insufficient packaging to send by a courier, the other items were covered in the powder and had to be cleaned. On phoning your customer service team I was told to take to a store or return in the post at my cost which I feel is totally unacceptable and inconvenient.

Disappointed that the toothpaste I bought, thinking they were 2 for £8.00, were actually in the wrong place (same items also in the wrong place). Cost me a lot more!
