Waste of time ordering next day delivery

Odered next day delivery for Friday, still waiting and its Thursday.
Waited in all day Friday and it didn't arrive, rearranged for Tuesday and again didn't arrive, rearranged again for today, hope it will arrive.
Did ask Boots for a refund and was told i had to wait 7 days .
When customers order for next day thats what they want.

I was under the impression that the…

I was under the impression that the Tumeric capsules were 2000mg each. The packet stated Tumeric 2000mg. When they arrived I found they were half the size. When I went back online if you click on various headings you can find that info. My mistake, but I am very disappointed, especially as it is a Boots product.

One product was missing from my order

One product was missing from my order. After contacting the customer service, I was told that the missing item was sent by a different provider and they can’t do nothing about it.
Not really happy as if I ordered through boots, they should be the one dealing with any difficulties.
Surely won’t be ordering anything else ever again.
