I was having some trouble with my hearing aids, so I emailed my audiologist at Boots in Didcot. Although he was out of the surgery that day, he quickly arranged for me to visit the new Boots Hearingcare shop in Abingdon. It turned out to be another excellent branch—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. From the moment I sent my email to the moment I was hearing clearly again, only four hours had passed. Outstanding service from Boots once again—10/10!

From my first point of contact to walking out with my new hearing aids the service was excellent Jon the audiologist was very pleasant & professional and explained the process very well and made me feel at ease when finally getting my ears tested I would no hesitate to recommend their services to family & friends I should have done it years ago
