Excellent service
The audiologist was excellent. He took his time to explain everything and to talk through the issues with my mother's hearing. He explained very well what the hearing aids could improve and what they would not be able to fix. This was useful when we came to make a decision.
It is helpful to have all the facts and to feel that we can make an informed choice rather than being pressured by a sales pitch.
