It was easy to book the appropriate appointment, I was seen on time and was given a full hearing assessment. All aspects were explained to me as well as being able to experience the improvement I could expect. On returning a week later, Karan patiently explained how to use my new equipment (I am elderly and not great with technology). I am now happily able to listen to the radio which has been beyond the capability of my NHS hearing aids for more than 10 years!. I am really pleased and just wish I had known about this service sooner. My savings are small but for this level of improvement in my hearing, it has been well worth depleting them. Thank you.

I was deceived.At no point was I informed of options I.e.NHS.It was only a mate who told me she had the same hearing aidxFREE from the NHS.,.yesxthexprocess may be slower BUT I would not have to spend £3055.

You should be ashamed of misinforming a OAP,retired deputy,who has paid taxes forc57 years

My mum received excellent service recently …the hearing aid specialist was wonderful with her and everything regarding going through all the procedures to see how much she couldn’t hear he was professional and empathetic

Karim the technician was terrific. All questions were answered…all types and styles of hearing aids discussed… all payment options explained…all this after a thorough and professional examination with presentation of results easily understood. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Boots hearing care at Glyne Gap Bexhill. Karan Kumar has been very patient, professional and has taken time to ensure our elderly Father has has his hearing restored via wax removal and new hearing aids.
We felt very emotional to hear Dad conversing normally again. Karan has taken pains with aftercare too.

The hearing expert was polite,patient,and very professional with both the testing and fitting of the hearing aid plus a in depth explanation of the pros and cons of all of the different hearing aids.l was very pleased with the whole experience,best regards Brendan Coll.
