I have had the most horrendous experience
I have had the most horrendous experience with Boots. I recently spent almost £4000 on their top-range hearing aids. Sadly, one of them came apart and needed to be repaired. Three weeks later, after staff in the branch lied to me, they were finally sent to Wales for repair. When I phone Wales to find out what is happening I get blasted with the most horrendous noise down the phone. You may wait a LONG time. The service is appalling.

This took quite some time, but she finally managed to sort it out.

I've only got a noise complaint I like like right next to boots in Bognor Regis and the guy with the beard just keeps banging with the bins and he's really aggressive with it and I have autism.
Love boots but I live right next to boots and the only thing that's bothering me is the guy with the beard who does the bins he keeps banging every 5 minutes with it and he is quite aggressive and hard handling with it and I have autism and got really sensitive hearing and I don't like loud, unexpected noises.
