My experiences with Boots audiologists began couple of years ago in Boston, Linc's. Initially Andrew has been great. Now recently Tshillo attended to my requirements with my first ever hearing aides. Lovely lady, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very friendly & displayed an excellent customer service approach ie time to talk to you explaining all things to do with wearing/buying hearing aides for the first time. ***** Well recommended.
