So far, so good. All very straightforward. I have a follow up in my diary. The aids seem to be working well, but have not been in a restaurant or noisy pub yet! So wait and see!

Don’t be fooled that your buying from Boots
The audiologist was fine talked me through everything set aids up month later follow up tweaked setting while wait for next follow up had problems with aids!! This is where the appalling customer service comes in. Called into centre for help told to wait 30mins to then be told no one could see me and to make appointment 3/4 wait 😡
Next follow up fixed problem within 2 minutes 🤷♂️
AIDS still not working right wait for final follow up canceled told next available appointment was 4weeks told them that was unacceptable after a take it or leave it attitude I asked for a refund under my 90days policy told only a audiologists could do refund and would have to make appointment for a refund !!!!
£3500 for aids that don’t work and customer service that don’t give a F
