Mevish was excellent. She answered all our questions/ concerns professionally and with good humour.

The service was helpful and everything explained fully .Audiologist talked me through daily procedures and gave full clear details and answered my queries .i purchased a battery charger which makes usage of aids much easier

The whole process was really easy and the staff, Mevish particularly, were really pleasant and helpful. Booking the appointment online was really simple, and I liked that I could have a choice of appointments. Mevish was very sweet talking me through options and helping me with the hearing aids when they arrived, even though I am slow with technology sometimes. She always did exactly what she promised, and I couldnt be happier with the new hearing aids she prescribed.

A very pleasant audiologist called Mevish at the Bury branch explained every thing I needed to know both about my hearing and my options. I have only had the hearing aids less than 2 weeks but so far so good.

MEVISH is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her wonderful service delivery. She is so caring, attentive, patient, smart and effective at what she does. My Mum who has seen her a number of times absolutely loves how she deals with every issue to do with her hearing, and I actually look forward to our appointments with her. She is a great asset to Boots hearing!

The service I have received from Boots hearingcare is brilliant. I got my hearing aids in September and the service and help from Mevish at the Bury branch is amazing. Very professional and caring. I had a problem with my right hearing aid. I emailed Mevish and had an appointment within a few days and she sorted my problem straight away. I would definitely recommend buying hearing aids from Boots. I cannot fault the service and care that they give. Thank you Mevish

Great service and information

I self referred to Boots after doing an online test and suffering from awful tinnitus. From start to finish the service from Mevish was great. Options explained with no sales pressure and regular follow ups during the settling in process. First option did not work for me due to discomfort with my glasses but an exchange to a slimmer option made on third appointment with no drama. Very happy with the new aids and the service AND my tinnitus and hearing vastly improved.

Explained the procedure well and let me experience trying ta pair of hearing aids by going outside and listening to the difference it would make. The only criticism is when arriving a the test room you have no idea if anyone’s going to come and see you. Didn’t know whether to knock or just sit there.
