Had a really positive, helpful and insightful hearing test at Boots Hearingcare in Chippenham. I was seen by Millie McNeill and I can honestly say she was wonderful. She took me through everything and explained every part of the process and my results. I felt cared for, helped and taken seriously by someone who obviously cares about what they do rather than it just being a job. She was so very friendly too and made me feel comfortable. I have no negatives to contribute and can highly recommend Boots Hearingcare and Millie McNeill.

After a Tv advert for hearing aids my wife visited boots centre in Chippenham .she had a test and was advised to return a week later she returned a week later to find same test same questions? She was told a bout. Prices .amazed she asked about TV advert for hearing aid the lady said I know nothing about any advert for hearing aids .or costing after being told we had no faith in the service told £559 on week one to be told over £2000 aweek later very disappointed with boots needless to say we have sough other company.others have allso seen advert and feel the same.as requested all details sent to them.
FOLLOW UP contacted today lady very abrupt denied any advert for boots hearing on tv.6 of us saw it .then when I explained that we looked on line for boots hearing aid prices she then said it’s not on line .we had it in front of us she advised in a offish manner there prices start at £599 and go above £2000 .so for anyone else seeing ads this is what we were told we will be getting a new test done on nhs.so much for there concern .as a follow up on line from boots on 30/10/2005 quote thousands rush to boots for hearing aid offer under100 advertised and told us no offers says it all.copy sent to boots.
GUESS WHAT NO FURTHER REPLIES.

I attended my appointment and was given a hearing test. All very professional. Purchased new hearing aids. Picking them up on the 12th May 2025

Went and had moulds done for earplugs 3 weeks ago..I was told they it will take two weeks. Now into the fourth week I have just been told by boots there is a "slight delay" and they are not sure when they will arrive.

I took delivery of my first new hearing aids in the middle of August. Service provided by Boots's audiologist was excellent and I confidently entered into my 90 day acceptance period by leaving the UK for an extended holiday.
Unfortunately, 5 weeks into my absence one hearing aid failed and I was suffering discomfort from the other one.
On my return the meeting with the audiologist was very postive with the offer of several ways to proceed. I have accepted the offer of a different make of aid and a fresh 90 day acceptance period at no cost. Excellent service from Boots and a fresh start.

Excellant service and after care. From my very 1st appointnent Megan has been so helpful.
She greats you with a smile, listens to what you have to say and just makes you feel at ease.
Not quite getting hang of putting hearing aids in, no problem Megan was more tha happy to help me 👍🙂

Megan is a delightful young lady very anxious to please and knowledgeable about her subject. She has treated both myself and my wife magnificently. Would highly recommend her.

Absolutely fantastic service, from booking through to seeing the audiologist and choosing my new aides. The audiologist was brilliant, knowledgeable, polite, patient, friendly, professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. Excellent service, The hearing test was well explained along with what the results meant. very impressed that I was able to try a set of hearing aids before I made a decision on which ones to buy.

After visiting the first time and a thorough check and a clean of the ears we moved forward to a full hearing test which revealed I required hearing aids which were fitted and then tested on a shopping trip around town, on returning after 20 mins we discussed different aids and chose one which were fitted and now after a week I am doing really well. An appointment was made as a follow up for further advise and to see how I’m getting on. I would like to thank both Joyce and Megan for the advise and help in getting me to this stage.

I was seen quickly, professionally and with a friendly manner.
I was able to get a temporary hearing aid the same day, with an appointment to change to a permanent pair within 3 weeks.

Such a pleasant experience, lady was very nice friendly and informative.

Every Aspect was very good, from the hearing test itself to how to use the hearing aids. Everything was well explained and clear. I would recommend Boots if considering hearing aids.

Very professional meeting with your representative. Meeting on time. Explained all procedures that would take place to test hearing. Discussed all aspects of hearing aid technology with my wife and I without any technical jargon. Answered all questions with an obvious good knowledge of products. Explained price ranges available without pushing the most expensive.
