Hamza Ajaz was both respectful and polite. All aspects of the hearing aids was explained properly and enough time was given to understand how they would work. Very happy with the outcome and visit.

Amina is a fantastic audiologist
Amina is a fantastic audiologist. The whole experience was easy and straightforward. I knew I needed a hearing aid. I had tried an NHS one, which was fine for every day but quite uncomfortable and not good enough for my noisy work environment. Amina explained my options. I was able to practice with an aid whilst walking around Chorley. I had a fitting appointment and a follow up appointment. Amina showed me how to use the App and how to care for my hearing aid. I’m very happy with the service. Thank you

Two 'Consultations' - Zero Effectiveness, Just A Means to Sell Expensive Hrg Aids
Two 'consultations' - my 94 yr old Mother-in-Law who was sold £5K aids plus an associated microphone. The mic was completely unecessary for her but she was unable to take it back in the 60 day period so they refused to give her a refund. She was 'prescribed' 'in the ear' moulds which connected to a behind the ear electronic unit through a very thin piece of plastic (<1mm diameter) enclosing thin wires. The moulds required her to press them into the canal (that's OK) but then they were fitted with a tiny piece of plastic (just 4mm long and maybe <1mm diameter) with which she was supposed to pull them out. Not surprisingly her 94 year old fingers lacked the feel or dexterity to grasp 'pullout' plastic and she pulled them out with the 'electronic' plastic, and it broke. These aids are ENTIRELY unsuitable for a 94 year old and should never have been (mis) sold to her.
With my own recent hrg test the audiologist really didn't try to understand how I lost my hearing or what I did that required decent hearing, he just pushed private hrg aids and the 90 day trial. I went to Specsavers, had an NHS hearing test, a thorough audiologist appt and NHS hearing aids.
