Excellent first time experience, delighted with hearing aids
This is the first hearing tests I've had. I was impressed with Alan the consultant, the tests, the information I was given and the attention to detail. The consultant was patient and explained everything clearly.
I returned yesterday to have my two hearing aids fitted, came away confident that I knew how to use them - with an appointment already made in two weeks time for the first review. Excellent.
