Drop in customer

Walked in to ask about buying a £1.45 hearing aid brush, told in no uncertain terms that I could not buy one as not a boots registered customer.
I only wanted to buy one little brush!!!!

Very helpful professional service

Very helpful professional service. Very pleased with hearing aids worth every penny.
Update have been using these hearing aids for 3 months now worth every penny much better than my National health hearing aids feel I can hear in noisy environments as well as tv etc also love the fact I can use Bluetooth to connect to my phone. No staining to hear on the phone any more.

Audiologist was very good

Audiologist was very good in explaing the hearing aid that I had chosen but couldn't get it to set up for me.I was then offered the balance to pay interest free over two years of which I accepted. Next appointment two weeks away on 22nd April 2025
