The appointment itself was fine, but you had to go a spoil it by sending unsolicited emails. Just because you have my email address that does not automatically give you permission to send unsolicited emails!

Kevin from the boots in dunfermline went out his way to help me in every step helpful polite answered all my questions I would give him 10 out of 10 but for the credit company that you use is a sham my score wasn't good but my father inlaws was brilliant but still he got rejected credit so I left with no hearing aids that I needed not helpful on that score Mr s lyon

Let me be clear, I am not at the end of my experience since some more adjustments are needed. The consultant is excellent but the accompanying app and literature are quite confusing in parts. However altogether much better and less expensive than the other company I tried

Absolutely shocking!! I had an appointment which was later changed!! No human connection just a text. Could not attend new date due to work commitments. Made another appointment 12.30pm. Went in & sat 12.55 I asked why I had not gone through, Kevin is not here!! ( not 1 person at reception bothered to tell me Kevin was out of office whilst I sat for nearly half hour) asked if I could call back...really? Now 45mns late. Eventually Kevin arrives & I go in. I had bent the point if the wax guard so I could not change to a new 1, Kevin proceeds to tell me he had an emergency out of town, and when he was at the shopping centre they had a fire drill!!! School boy excuse, Kevin changed the whole end that the guard goes into, couple days later i noticed that my hearing was not as good as before. Appointment now urgent as I was leaving the UK the next day. Made appointment for later, ANOTHER email to say Kevin had just not turned up for work & appointment changed. In a panic I called the help line ,& was fortunately booked to see someone in FALKIRK 18 miles away. Fiona was efficient and soon replaced incorrect part tuned in my aids & sent me away, happy to have it sorted but very disgruntled at Kevin's lack of professionalism.
It is shocking that he is allowed to treat the disabled in such a abusive manner.

Over last year hearing care… awful service
Over last year hearing care appointments cancelled and rearranged so many times I’ve lost count. Today my appointment was cancelled 5 minutes before it was due to take place! Was told the audiologist was suddenly unavailable. Not happy with the service at all.
Prior to all this the service had been excellent, I understand the audiologist I have been seeing has now left, I’m not surprised but disappointed as he was so lovely.

Great service and product.
After having to go back to Boots on 2 previous occasions (problems with wax) we eventually managed a full hearing test. The audiologist was very thorough, explaining each stage and what my results showed.
I was then able to try a new edition of Phonak hearing aids. Wow what a difference, they blew my old Resound ones out the water. I new they hadn't been great but I had no idea how bad my hearing had been.
