Victoria provided an excellent service. She was very kind, understanding and patient, listening to all my concerns about my hearing. She explained the procedure throughly and explained the results, offering appropriate advice and provided a referral letter to give to my GP. I would highly recommend this service if you have any concerns about your hearing. Boots is very lucky to have Victoria as a Hearingcare Specialist, she was a delight! Thank you Victoria!!
