I was a little apprehensive about having hearing aids fitted, but the audiologist was excellent throughout. I really appreciated the straightforward, no-nonsense approach: clear advice, no unnecessary jargon, and I felt very well guided through the whole process. I came away feeling confident that I’d made the right decision.

Disappointed, not the professional service I expected from Boots.
I felt the audiologist was more a salesman than clinician.
I was advised I would need top of range hearing aids due to my ears to flat to my head. Never been told that before.
I was hoping to pay over 12mths & was told I would need a driving licence to set it up, he had to message a whatapp group to ask if other forms of ID were accepted.
I found him to be rather patronising regarding my nhs aids & the reason for my glue ear which was diagnosed by an nhs ENT specialist.
I cancelled my order by phone to head office. I'm very disappointed a felt I had to cancel my order, I expected better service from Boots.

Boots Opticians Exmouth, have provided first class service to my 4 year old daughter. From our first interaction the service, professionalism, patience, and understanding have been superb. Nothing has been too much, even after we returned with a snapped off arm less than 24hrs after collecting her glasses - which was repaired there and then! Fantastic. Thank you.

There was no pushing me to buy a…
There was no pushing me to buy a product. All the focus was on my hearing and what/why it has got bad.
He could have been talking sh__e for all I know…..but when he put the aids he’d programmed into my ears I then realised the difference.
I hope they work as good in the real world when I get them!
