Politely received and booked in.
The Audiologist was excellent. Fully explained the procedures that were to follow and to how they would be completed. Tests were done in a warm, friendly manner.
Upon completion, explained the results in lay-man's terms.
Advised of the aids that were available together with prices. No hard sell and only advised the benefits of each model. Demonstrated with the model I had picked so I could feel the aid in place.
