Being able to hear people speaking to me without having to repeat is so important. I was also grateful to the Audiologist for explaining ,and showing me exactly how to keep my hearing aid in good condition. I would recommend Boots Hearing Care to anyone who is interested in buying new hearing aids.

I was surprised at the severity of my hearing loss as I seemed to be getting by no problem. Once fitted with hearing aids I realised how muffled things had been. Anju was thorough and professional.

A thorough examination. The lady took time to explain everything to me and was very patient. I felt at ease with her.

That the person that I was dealing with at the Boots Branch in the Buchanan Galleries appeared to be very knowledgeable in conducting the hearing and of the the products that were available and suitable for my requirements.

Arrived early for my appointment and didn’t have to wait long. Audiologist explained everything that she was going to do. After various tests a pair of hearing aids were programmed and I was able to test them under various conditions. When I had decided on the hearing aid that I wanted to purchase they were programmed and fitted. The Audiologist even offered to walk round the store with me to let me test them.
Before I left a follow up appointment was made.
The service that I experienced was excellent and I would recommend Boots Hearing Care to anyone.

Audiologist welcoming, thorough hearing test, understanding of concerns and clear and concise as to how hearing aids work. Fitting the demo was painless and she shared all procedures as we progressed through the appointment. Thus a very relaxed consultation and the right hearing aids were chosen for me. Very necessary as lack of hearing is very debilitating. Follow up good, and very impressed with the whole experience. Will recommend.

The service provided by Charlye the audiologist at the glasgow branch of Boots Buchanan street hearing care was first class. Charlye took time to explain what the test would include and the results the test produced. At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase anything. I must admit it would have been good to see various hearing aids and not just the Phonak audeo product. I had done my homework before I went so had already settled on the ones Charlye eventuly recommended after my test results and her talking to my wife and myself. All in all a first class experience.
