Successful auditory assessment
Exceeded my expectations
Christopher was most professional and responsive to my concerns and fears. The hearing aids he selected as a result of the tests was quite alarmingly good and I look forward to the 90 day trial. There was no pressure at all regarding my queries on the NHS aids that the auditory team recommended nor comments in the question of my diagnosis of lung cancer and the fairly pessimistic prognosis.

Ringing phones everywhere, waiting for ages for webchats. All I need to do is change my appointment, can't do it online either the website won't let me in. I'm off to Specsavers. Customer services these days need to be renamed, 'Service Provider Services', it's all set up for their benefit not ours!
