Hannah was so thorough and professional…

Hannah was so thorough and professional and followed up the appointment with an email offering any ongoing help and support as I became accustomed to wearing the aids. All aspects of the tests were very clearly explained making the whole process easier to understand and what to expect. First class all round.

Extremely efficient and professional

Easy to book appointment which was extremely thorough with a very professional and patient clinician, Hannah. I was able to test the hearing aid around the shopping centre to ensure I was happy with them before purchase.

Best Hearing Centre in Havant

This was the 3rd hearing centre, and the best, so decided to go with them. It took awhile to get an appointment, but this allowed me to try other places.
I was impressed with their professionalism and they seemed to have up-to-date equipment. I had 3 sessions with Hannah Green and the fitting with Roslin Fracis. The follow up seems to be well organised and through. Overall an excellent service.

when all is well they are full of…

when all is well they are full of bonhomie and "call if there is a problem" When there is a problem they pull up the draw bridge and leave you high and dry

Excellent care and support.

I was made to feel welcome. Hannah outlined what would happen during each of the three appointments. She explained each step of the way very clearly. I was always made to feel at ease and pre-warned whenever any unusual or fairly loud sounds were used in the diagnosis and testing phases.

Hannah explained the different specifications of hearing aid and which ones would be suitable for my needs. She helped me narrow down the options and then use a demonstrator of the type I had selected.

Throughout the three appointments to assess, chose and try, and then fit my hearing aid I was fully informed and all my questions were carefully and fully answered.

Overall the entire experience was positive, informative, relaxed, and as the final fitting took place it was actually pretty exciting.
