Audiometry Test

The audiometry test was conducted with great professionalism from the outset. It started with a thorough hearing assessment, followed by an in-depth explanation of the different types of hearing aids and their costs. We decided on a mid-range option featuring noise-canceling technology, as recommended.

I HAVE NEVER USED BOOTS HEARING CARE BEFORE BUT WHEN I DID I WAS VERY HAPPILY SURPRISED ON HOW VERY CARING THE CONSULTANT WAS HE CERTAINLY NEW HIS JOB I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND BOOTS TO MY FRIENDS

3 days ago I had an appointment at…

3 days ago I had an appointment at Boots Hearing ( Hayle, Cornwall). This appointment was much overdue, and one of my titanium Hearing aids had broken, and I was worried about potential expensive repairs. The technician (Michael Caress)I saw was fantastic... first quickly repaired my damaged aid on the spot. Then gave me a very detailed Hearing test and re calibrated the aids. My Hearing is SO much better now! I will always use Boots hearing at Hayle... and thank you Michael!

The audiologist

The audiologist, Mr. Careless, was prompt, welcoming and respectful. His assessment and subsequent advice was clearly explained, relevant to my personal circumstances and obviously based on expertise and experience. This service is a great credit to Boots and I would highly recommend it.
