Great experience all round.

Jonathan is very professional and also a very empathic practitioner. I took my 90 year old mum for a consultation with him and he made her feel comfortable. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

A well informed and friendly audiologist.

The audiologist Douglas was friendly and very well informed about hearing issues and hearing aids which gave me a lot of confidence. My husband was with me and Douglas involved him in the discussion about the hearing aids. I felt that my hearing needs were well identified and had an excellent briefing on setting up and managing the hearing aids, which I have been confident in using once at home.
