A company such as Boots not having a demonstration hearing aid display models to physically show their potential customers spending thousands of pound's, quite frankly is outrageous plus with the expectation to purchase and pay from a leaflet and web site picture.
Surely Boots can afford to invest in demonstration hearing aids.
Please note: other companies I have visited do have this provision.
Very disappointed customer.
