Excellent in all respects

I had a series of 3 appointments at Horsham with audiologist Kalpna Raval, she was excellent. Kalpna gave me a very clear explanation of the whole process and took a calm and reassuring approach. I was given a full description of the different types of hearing aid with no pressure to accept one or any, Kaplan could not have been more helpful.
The hearing aids I now have have made a big and pleasing difference

Thorough hearing test

Everything was explained and the actual hearing test was very thorough. Audiologist spoke clearly which is important when you have a hearing problem.

Very pleasant audiologist

Very pleasant audiologist who appreciated the problems i faced with hearing loss. Explained everything clearly and the choices i had regarding hearing aids. Left feeling positive.

Everything was explained to me clearly…

Everything was explained to me clearly after my hearing test. I was able to choose my hearing aids with confidence. I have been using them for several days without any problems. I certainly recommend Horsham hearing centre.

The audiologist is very good and…

The audiologist is very good and identified a fault in my right Phonak hearing aid and was sending it back for repair. I have phoned the only number given in north Wales and it seems that they do not know where my hearing aid is! Cannot give me a working telephone number for my branch or Phonak service.
When and if I get my hearing aid back, I will have to find another provider.
Update: It would appear that it was lost in transit and has been replaced today (19/04/2023) with a new hearing aid. Audiologist has been very helpful and concerned so a good outcome.
