Hearing Assessment - Boots hearing care
Boots have always been fir me a trustworthy store, meaning the staff they employ are always polite, friendly give good advice. Recently I thought I’d see how the hearing assessment went and the Aids they were promoting. The guy was very informative clear and concise. Fully explained how the assessment would proceed and the results were explained very clearly. I love the blue tooth hearing aids I can’t wait to hear clearly again, after having a a little trial with aids in. Superb, also offered is payment monthly. Really impressed !

Friendly, informative audiologist who explained what was and wasn't achievable with the hearing aids available and which ones were most suitable for me.
Having chosen my hearing aid it was available within a week and I was instructed on how to fit it and recharge it, very clearly.
It has now been in use for four days and it fully meets my requirements

The audiologist Mubarak was very attentive, put me at ease, explained each process and the outcome of my hearing test, in no way did l feel pressured to purchase a product, but l feel received good advise on the best hearing aid for my individual life style within my price bracket, and having the 90 day trial in which you could change your mind and purchase an alternative or full refund also puts your mind at rest, if you should doubt it was not the right choice for you.
