TJ was amazing and very respectful with my hearing test. She talked me through the entire process with professionalism and politeness. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting to get a hearing test done :)

Every aspect of the interaction with Maimona, the Audiologist, was excellent. Explanation of all aspects from the initial hearing test to follow-up appointments were really worthwhile. Purchased new hearing aid and was supported through trial period with changing settings to suit my real life daily needs. I required adjustments and was supported with this by Maimona. She was professional and caring, she listened to what I had to say and tweaked my hearing aid to enhance my hearing experience. I am happy with my purchase and the after care given and would recommend Boots to others because of this.

This was the third set of hearing aids I've had from Boots at the Middlebrook, Bolton. The pair of Phonak hearing aids I've just replaced lasted me for five years and during that time I found Mubarak and Sophie very helpful with any small problems I had with them. Also, the yearly check up they carried out was always very useful.
Maimona is the audiologist who helped me choose my latest pair and I found her very personable and professional and I had confidence in what she was telling me.
I have until the middle of June to return this purchase if not satisfied but do not envisage that occurring.

Why can’t I buy slimming patches for your outlet. I don’t want to have to buy them from an outlet. I did buy some that I thought were from you but they came from America and were tiny.

Maimana Patel (audiologist) was excellent in her manner and explanation of my hearing issues. She took time to tell me about how the hearing aids would work and how they would help me in the future. She was able to link the hearing aids to my phone for ease of use.

Maimona Patel was so helpful, encouraging , pleasant and professional. She was so sensitive to my needs, and very caring, and so kind. She certainly knew her job. I would highly recommend her.

My audiologist, Mubarak, was excellent at explaining everything, listened to my problems and discussed all options. His communication and counselling skills were top notch. I felt really comfortable throughout the experience and now have hearing aids that are right for me.

After giving up on my previous supplier who give me a box off hearing aids and sent me on my way . He did this 3 times just upgrading hearing aids without even attempting to tweak the ones I had. Finally I was sent off with the top of the range hearing aids with no follow up appointment just a call if you not happy with them. I was getting really frustrated and upset until I went to Boots Hearing at Middlebrook accompanied by my husband. and met Audiologists Mubarak Patel who listened to our concerns and answered the many questions from my husband :) Mubarak did some tests and advised me on the most suitable hearing aids for me. Mubarak also made several follow up appointments to see how I was getting on and to see if any tweaks to the hearing aid were needed. Mubarak only signed me off when he knew I was satisfied and happy with them. Mubarak was so professional and very knowledgeable in his field . Boots are lucky to have him. I know my hearing won’t ever be 100% but what Mubarak has done is give me the best hearing for me and it’s changed my life .

Cannot praise the service provided to me by Boots Hearingcare Middlebrook Horwich Bolton. Particulary Mubarek Patel, an absolute total professional in every respect. He guided me through the process of choosing hearing aids and ensured all my requirements were met. Mubarek is a refreshing change in this world, a skilled professional with a fabulous sense of humour and a passion for life. Boots PLC you have an absolute star on your team there. I say that as an employer with over 50 years experience.

I felt that I mattered, time wasn't rushed. Mr Mubarak, was very informative covered every detail. explained all about the hearing Aids, and what to expect, and what can be done on the next visit , re blue tooth . He made allowance's for my age , with out making it obvious. He is very professional. a credit to the company

The audiologist was extremely professional. Clear and concise in his explanations. I am very happy with my aids. I would recommend anyone who is struggling with hearing loss to book in for a check. They may take a little getting used to but ii is worth it to be able to hear properly again.
