Friendly service with full explanation about everything

Audiologist was superb, great service and the appointment gave me clear direction of what I need to improve my life.

Mubarak Patel is a fantastic audiologist and a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything fully about what the results shows, keeps every positive, is courteous, immaculate in his presentation and a true gentleman. So far my mum, mother-in-law and their friends have visited Mubarak at Boots on our recommendation and they too have praised the service they have received. He is more than 5 stars and so are the hearing staff at Middlebrook Boots who do their best to accommodate you. Boots you should be proud to have a member of staff of this calibre in your employment.

The hearing check process was well explained in a lighthearted way and not at all stressful.

The Audiologist listened to my concerns, understood how I was feeling, explained in a clear concise way how the appointment would proceed and gave me a well informed choice of my options The improvement in my hearing was immediate when the hearing aids were fitted.

Mubarak was excellent throughout the whole process from initial appointment and the 3 subsequent appointments to final sign off.
Very professional and informative about the hearing aids which I chose. No pushy sales speak at all.
Explained the technology and the pros and cons of their range of hearing aids.
Reassuring to know a full 4year warranty is given with annual check ups.
So glad I chose Boots over other hearing aid companies.

Fascinating discovery about my hearing and how to decide what is the next move

My appointment was on time, and my audiologist - Mubarak Patel - was courteous, patient and very helpful. My questions were answered and my problems resolved. I have seen Mubarak several times now, and am always impressed by his professionalism.

I have been a customer of Mubarak at the Middlebrook/Horwich Boot's Hearing Care for over 5 years.
I travel from Sale each time I need to see him as I always get excellent treatment. He is friendly, kind and really helpful. He goes the extra mile and always takes great care to explain everything he is doing.
On the occasions he has not been there Sophie has kindly dealt with me....again a very caring and kind person.
Both are a credit to Boots and deserve a pat on their backs. In this day and age praise goes a long way.
