I have a problem with my hearing aids

I have a problem with my hearing aids. I rang your helpline and all I heard was "All of our representatives are busy. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered by the next available representative." No idea of how long that might be or how many on the line. Totally inadequate when you have shelled out £4,500 for a pair of hearing aids. Would never recommend you to anyone else.

Hearing aid models there to try.

The audiologists had plenty of knowledge & experience, they had the hearing aids models I was interested in to show/comfort for wearing, once decided upon model they was set-up for me so I could walk around the store location for a few minutes to listen with. After this & further discussion on purchases I place an order. The collection of aids experience was just as thorough.

Good service

The Audiologist was honest and open, he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable and patient.
The service was great my only frustration was the noisy air conditioning units standing outside the room, which set off my tinnitus…. Not a good start to a hearing test. That said the test was done in a soundproof cubicle so everything turned out well.
