After ignoring my hearing loss for many years, much to the annoyance of my partners at the time, I finally decided to take action. After seeing numerous ads and promises from various hearing companies on social media, I chose to go with a reputable company like Boots.

I couldn't have chosen better! From the moment I walked into the Newport (IOW) branch, I was made to feel at ease. I couldn't believe the level of anxiety I had about finally addressing my hearing problem.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Melissa for her professional approach and extensive knowledge during my recent appointment. I was very anxious about attending, but she completely put me at ease, and I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise.

Melissa is a real credit to Boots and, more importantly, to the audiology industry as a whole. Her level of knowledge and understanding is exceptional.

My mother and myself have received excellent service from the hearingcare team at Newport Isle of Wight for ear wax removal, buying hearing aids and aftercare. They are very thorough with hearing tests, ear health checks and explained which hearing aids are suitable. Thank you Sam, Jeff and Melissa.

Brilliant service. Both my husband and daughter have had hearing aids from boots for over a year and both have had excellent treatment. I have to have hearing aids myself now and also have had excellent treatment. Easy payment scheme with no interest to pay. So in all well worth the trip if you are having problems with your hearing.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & competent personnel. More than able to put one at ease & take more than enough time to explain all aspects of the hearing test & what is needed to rectify the problem. You offered 15 percent discount on platinum hearing aids but did not give it at the point of sale as only on selected items. There was no list of selected items?

Melissa is amazing! I have extremely narrow ear canals so finding the right hearing aids has been a challenge. Melissa has been extremely patient and understanding and has tried her utmost to find the best aids for me, and she has succeeded. I couldn't have wished for a better audiologist, she's been so good, there are no words!
