Hearing Aids from Boots not fit for purpose

I bought Hearing aids from Boots costing £2,500. Five months later, the left one stopped working. I went back to see the audiologist and found that it had to be sent back to the manufacturers. They allow 10 days for that, but I could not get an appointment, so that turned into almost a month without them. Now I have found that I cannot disconnect Bluetooth on my phone, or rather, I disconnect it, and as soon as I receive a call or type an email or receive or type a message, it reconnects. I discussed this with the audiologist, and he told me to remove the Phonak app because it was interfering with the Bluetooth on my phone. I deleted the app, left the shop, but when I got home, I still had the same problem. It disconnects until you receive a phone call or type a message, then it reconnects. They are not fit for purpose and do not do the things they are supposed to do for £2,500. I rang customer services, who told me that I was out of the period when I could return them and therefore could not have a refund. My advice is not to buy Phonak from Boots Hearing Care.

Katyena was extremely professional and really looked after my father who is a very ill man ad she was extremely thorough.

The only complaint I have as his daughter, is that £1195.00 is alot of money for an 82 year old man to pay out.
