Excellent but not independent
My experience with Michael was excellent. Very professional and very helpful. I am also very happy with my hearing aid (Phonak). My only reason for not giving a 5* review is that Boots do not have examples of all the hearing aids available to see/ try. Nor is the choice as large as it seems as the 4 brands are from just 2 suppliers - one of which belongs to Boots parent company Sonova. So the decks are stacked in favour of buying internal brands. Still Phonak is a leading brand and I am very happy with it.
