Good advice and excellent explanation of how to effectively use ear piece.

I’ve been visiting for over two years and one person in particular Joshua is one of the best representatives of a company I have come across in providing advice on issues with either the hearing aids or general advice on hearing issues . First class .

I called at Boots Leamington Spa on the off chance of seeing an audiologist, as I wasn't hearing so well as usual, and was unable to change a wax filter. I was fitted in between appointments within 10 minutes.
He not only sorted out the filter issue, he then checked my ears, and for the first time I was shown how to put my aids in my ears properly. He then carried out a review.

Staff very good

Professional very able audiologist, who's handling of tests results, analysis and advice, for both first and second sessions was thorough, super efficient and on the button. His ability to communicate and get me up to speed with fitting, and mobile connectivity was a bonus and his patience was always present when I needed to go through issues more than once.
The test equipment, analysis and programming process was as good as it gets. Thank you Waqar, thank you Boots

I was unsure about hearing aids as I thought they would look ugly and make me feel old. Howe er having purchased the latest small rechargeable hearing aids I am delighted with the results. I can join in conversations instead of looking intelligent and hopefully nodding my head and smiling. I can honestly say they have made a difference to my life and as yet nobody has noticed them. This was my father's appointment at your Leamington Spa branch and I accompanied him. It was with Sana Ali who was the perfect combination of expert and empathic - she made what was a challenging event into a light, warm, professional experience. The information on each type of hearing aid in terms of personal needs was clear and made our final decision easier. A major plus was the 3 month trial period which swayed my father's final decision.

We previously had a disappointing experience at another Boots hearing dept. However I am so pleased to say we had a very positive experience here . Our Audiologist Sana could have been anymore helpful. She has a lovely manner, very knowledgeable and explanations were very clear. With her help we were able to make an informed decision of the best aid suitable for my elderly father. Our subsequent appointments with Sana have been equally as positive! We are so pleased with the outcome and family conversations are so much easier! Thank you Sana and keep up the good work!

I liked the prompt way that my 3 appointments were held precisly on time and with a nice professional greeting by both the store staff and the practitioner.

The inspection and analysis of my hearing need was a nice and professionally explained procedure. However I had to trust the solution that it would actually work and improve my hearing loss. Still not absolutely sure!

My biggest disappointment was the pricing and the invoice given to me which was utterly confusing and difficult to understand.

I was given to understand that I would receive a 15% reduction from Boots printed price list. It turned out that this was only applicable if I would purchase an additional gadget (a TV plug-in) which was overpriced and meant that my actual hearing aid (which I was there for) was not 15% off. Very clever marketing but really not appropriate for such a medical item. The consultant spent many difficult minutes bravely trying to explain my invoice and justify the "discount". So sad.

An excellent audiologist who was very helpful and friendly, and did good tests which highlighted the weaknesses with my hearing. As a result he was very helpful and supportive in recommending the most appropriate hearing aids which I tested and appeared to solve my problems. They were also not visible which was a bonus, and I didn’t hesitate to purchase two.
